Oddballs at the Office

I'm Asking: Is There a Loose Cannon at Your Office?

Every company I've ever worked for has had that guy. The one that seems to ignore protocol and business etiquette and act a little unruly. It can be good and bad. Sometimes he (or she) is successful because of the unorthodox approach, but sometimes the lack of structure is a drain on everyone in the office because no one knows what to expect. Do you have a loose cannon at your workplace?
