Pragmatist-fun quiz! Makes me really think about work situations I've been in-maybe too cynical? Thanks Savvy!

You’re insightful and thoughtful, and like to carefully weigh the pros and cons before taking on a project or before your company takes a new direction. You dislike change for the sake of change, and are wary of any task or idea that seems too easy. Pros: Your boss and co-workers know they can count on you for thoughtful advice. People in the office use you as a sounding board for new ideas, and you’re often able to point out potential drawbacks they might not have considered themselves. Cons: Your realism is sometimes mistaken by others for cynicism, and you’ve been accused of holding a project back more than once. Although it’s good to look at things with a critical eye, you should always ask yourself if you’re voicing your concerns in a constructive way, and make sure you’re not being overly pessimistic.

I'm a People-Pleaser as well. I wonder how many of us are REALLY "People Pleasers" and how many of us just picked those answers because they sounded like the best ones, LOL.
