Antioxidant 6 years Where I work there are always free passes to movie screenings in the break room. It's kind of nice. Advah 6 years Gym/yoga classes, definitely. I'm lucky my job does come with a lot of perks though - I work for a national art gallery, so I get free entry to any national exhibition in the UK, I can borrow passes that get me into any historic place for free (and these two also work for anyone who's with me). Plus I get the same health insurance and pension as civil servants. :) RobyTose 6 years If my office was paying for my internet connection I'd probably feel even more like I have to work all the time that I'm out of the office. They cover my cell phone now and I get my email on it so I'm never too far away... I would feel like I had no excuse not to work all night when I'm at home. Britney-Kayla 6 years At my mom's job they offer free breakfast, lunch, and dinner. That's of course if it's between her working hours, but wow! I wish my job offered those things. baybug 6 years Internet! One less bill to pay for! javsmav 6 years We have a gym at work. No classes but several cardio machines & weights. It's nice to have as a backup when i work late or can't get to my other gym. We also have lunch once, sometimes twice a week. The food isn't that great. I voted internet at home. I work from home a lot so it would be nice if they covered it. mondaymoos 6 years I would love free tickets to events... I don't pay much for my gym, so that expense doesn't bother me too much. And the boss pays for all our midday snacks and dinner if you stay after 8 pm. thelorax 6 years We have an in-house gym and various yoga/dance/aerobics/etc. classes where I work. I've taken a few of the fitness classes but usually don't have time to indulge. I do appreciate the existence value, though. Deidre 6 years Definitely a toss up between wanting free exercise classes and free tickets to events. I live in a fun super-cultural city, and there are so many concerts/shows/museum exhibits that I don't always get the chance to see! I absolutely would not want the paid internet -- that's just a sneaky excuse to get me to work when I'm at home. rickimc 6 years I work at a Y, so I already have the exercise part. I would love a free lunch once a week, though. Martini-Rossi 6 years Pay for my internet connection. THats one less bill I have to worry about. yea the gym sounds good but you can always workout at home. sushibananas 6 years I love the idea of having on-site gym or exercise class...free! There are quite a few companies who give incentives for employees to stay healthy, lowering the costs of health care. Providing a no-cost opportunity to stay fit is a win-win. hanabanana723 6 years My old job had free yoga. Too bad the job itself was awful :( melda 6 years Paid home Internet connection! CoralAmber 6 years I would love it if my employer payed for a cell phone with a data plan! I do get copies of review books that my boss doesn't want. I get so many I don't have time to read them all! Angela123 6 years I said the exercise classes!! I work for a broadband Internet company, so we all already have free Internet at home. getpink 6 years I am so lucky at my workplace we employ a full time cook. She cooks us lunch everyday and bakes the best snacks. And it is such a perk for our clients too. valancyjane 6 years My company introduced exercise classes in the spring. I was really surprised because this is a progressive move from a not-very-progressive company. The classes are pretty good - it's a mix of yoga, pilates, toning and aerobics, with a bellydancing class mixed in every once in a while. But we keep hearing that attendance is down and certain classes might get canceled, so not everyone appreciates it as much as I do! GigglyGirl 6 years My company has free soda and they cater our lunches quite a bit but not on a set schedule. Frankly, in these times, I'm just glad to have a well-paid job to come to every day, get a paycheck every two weeks, and have a fairly low co-pay to visit the doctor. Spiderlove 6 years I definitely would love my company to pay for my home internet connection! My boss already pays for my cell phone, so I shouldn't complain...lol. syako 6 years definitely an onsite gym. Or even just showers, so I could go for a run during my lunch break and shower and be purty for work. :) cubadog 6 years I have all everything but the free internet at home so I chose that! lawchick 6 years I would love a gym at my office! I get some perks, but they are only ones that also benefit my office --- like they pay for my blackberry and service, so they can reach me/bug me all the time. lizs 6 years I went for the snacks too - as long as they'd be healthy, organic ones. I could get an internet subsidy from my dude's job ($10/month, woohoo) and there are free yoga classes at my job(weird instructor, inconvenient and uncomfortable location, not that challenging since most of the class is newbies every time), so I feel like there are ways to really dampen the thrill of any of these perks. In a few weeks I finally get to exercise my favorite perk here - flex time! bigestivediscuit 6 years I went for the food. I have some great work perks though ... as I work for a huge and well-known publishing house, we get two free books a day, free tickets to exhibitions at museums, and on-site yoga classes (for a small fee).
