She's awesome and definitley an inspiration because she does just as good of a job as the men or better. Though she occasionally still has to deal with customers who ask to speak to a man- douchebags! lol Frenched 5 years My supervisor and manager are female. My boss's boss is also female. They're all great women. :) Hello890 5 years Everyone in my department is male, with maybe one or two females...it's the same, every place I've worked in the past. That's what I get for working in IT/Software development....nothing but a bunch of nerdy guys or middle-aged men with tons of kids. ;) bluebellknoll 5 years Always men...except my very first job which was a company that was about 95% women. That was the worst job ever! Way too much attitude for me. runningesq 5 years My immeidate boss - the district court chief - is female. And she's AWESOME :) kimmieb124 5 years In every position I've had, my immediate supervisor has been female. imLissy 5 years all of the managers in our department are men and their boss is a guy too, but his boss is a woman. Spectra 5 years Everyone in our lab is female, including my boss. tarabara1229 5 years My immediate boss is female, and the president of our department is female as well. It's encouraging to see these women successfully juggle between a career and family life. starofsorrow 5 years This is a bit hard for me to answer. The office I work at, I answer to a man. However, I'm a temp employed by an agency, and in that agency, my boss is a female. J-Rabbit 5 years Nearly everyone I work with is female, including my boss.
