Ryan Phillippe and Eva Green showed off their serious faces on the red carpet at the premiere of Franklyn at the London Film Festival today. While Eva didn't have a problem being Ryan's arm candy, his girlfriend Abbie Cornish was back in the states gushing about him. At the Jay-Z/DJ AM concert, Abbie said, "Ryan Phillippe is a gorgeous guy and I love him."

Clive Owen was in the London Underground Sunday working on his new movie, The Boys Are Back. We haven't seen as much of Clive since he filmed Duplicity with Julia Roberts over the Summer, though it doesn't appear to have diminished anyone's love for him since he's currently holding his own in our Sexiest Men of 2008 poll. Fortunately, there's a whole lot of Clive coming our way in 2009 — on top of the release of his film with Julia, he's set to kick off the Berlin Film Festival in February with The International alongside his costar and new mom again, Naomi Watts.

We thought Mischa Barton was strutting her stuff in Cannes to gear up for a screening of her new movie You and I. Instead, after hanging out at the festival for a few days, she skipped the premiere and headed to London for Britain's Best 2008. Apparently she thought the movie was awful and didn't want to be involved with the promotion.
