Saw IV took the top place at the box office this weekend, followed by Dan in Real Life and 30 Days of Night. Guess that means Saw V is unavoidable - BuzzSugar
Oprah tearfully apologized to the parents of students in her South African girls school after allegations of abuse against teachers and administrators. Hopefully the school will recover from this scandal and continue to bring education to the girls who need it. - South Africa News 24
Natalie Portman had a hard time getting a table at a top NYC restaurant even when she flashed her cute smile and asked them "Are you sure?" Apparently they couldn't totally resist and made some room for her and her boyfriend at the lounge. - Page Six
Michelle Williams is apparently thinking of leaving Brooklyn for Manhattan, as Heath Ledger has already done, because her townhouse is too big for her and Matilda alone. A fresh start is probably what's best for both of them. - Page Six

Josh Is the Man of the (30 Days of) Night

Josh Hartnett was back to his icky facial hair ways at the premiere of his new movie 30 Days of Night in LA last night. The black carpet was appropriately colored considering the movie looks absolutely horrifying, but we guess it comes with the spirit of the Halloween season. Sadly Josh didn't bring his new lady of the hour, Rihanna, to the premiere, but maybe that was a smart move considering his old flame Helena Christensen was in the house. Tina Fey Looks Fab and Gets Funny For Harper's Bazaar

Funny woman Tina Fey took a break from her busy filming schedule to pose for the November issue of Harper's Bazaar. Tina recently finished shooting Date Night with Steve Carell and has been hard at work on the upcoming season of Emmy-winning 30 Rock - which premieres next week, get a peek at it now. Inside the magazine she gives her humorous take on being a working mom, yoga and keeping up appearances. Here are highlights:

On working out: "I'll do grave yoga. Someone can come and stretch me in my grave. While it would be great to work out an hour a day, there is something inherently sort of selfish about it. I can't do it."
On appearances: "I like to delude myself that I'm in the old-Hollywood mode. I just tailor my clothes well and try to keep my skin clear. You can point any kind of laser at my face, but I don't think Botox is for me. I think it is bad. People who have too much, they look like their faces are full of candles - a shiny, shiny face."
On juggling it all: "Sometimes I'll be telling my husband 'I think I'm cracking up'. Sometimes you just need a minute to say, 'I think I'm cracking' and just acknowledge it."

On her character Liz Lemon: "I wanted her to be believable, and she's based on a version of myself from before. Being a writer and first moving to New York ... a lot of women live like that. It's not that there is anything wrong with them or they are not together, intelligent, attractive women. It's just that the numbers are off or something."
On her Emmy style: "When it comes to going to the Emmys, say, people always say, 'You should wear some color,' but I always wear gunmetal or black."

Should the Twilight Series Start Sticking With One Director?

It was announced yesterday that 30 Days of Night director David Slade has been hired to helm the third film in the Twilight saga, Eclipse. He's following in the footsteps of the series' first director, Catherine Hardwicke, and New Moon's Chris Weitz. Having different people in charge of the films has the benefit of speeding up the production process, but we're wondering if their different perspectives might make the series feel a little inconsistent. So, tell us - do you think the series should just start sticking with one director?

The Jonas Brothers and Demi Are "Honored" and "Excited" to Perform at Inauguration

Some of the biggest pop stars in the world introduced their new Disney shows at the TCAs. Demi Lovato was up first for Sonny With a Chance and she was also excited to talk about performing at the kids inauguration on Monday night. Although she hasn't met Malia and Sasha Obama yet, she's excited that they will be in the audience. The Jonas Brothers were up next for Jonas and were happy to answer questions about their show, upcoming movie and concert, and life these days. Also, sounds like there is a Camp Rock sequel coming our way starring the Jonas Brothers and Demi again. Here's some highlights from both panels:

Nick on acting: I’m a perfectionist so I’m very hard on myself about acting. Trying to capture my own personal sense of humor. In real life it's very dry humor, but I cant always capture that on camera.
Kevin on performing at Kids Inauguration: I’ve always talked about a future in the White House some day . . . [laughing]. It's an honor. The whole thing is about children and families of the military. We couldn’t have been more thrilled to be asked to do that.
Joe on the Bonus Jonas (Frankie) being on the show: He’s quite the star. It's cool for him, he surprises us every day how well he does. It’s a lot of fun.
On life these days: Joe: We’re just like normal guys, but we work a lot at the same time. We love it. Nick: Were just trying to do the best at what we do.

Katie Lets It Snow For Her Birthday Week

Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise matched in green on the way home last night before Katie changed to head to the theater in NYC's first snowfall of the year. Katie's 30th birthday is tomorrow and we already know Tom has romantic plans for tonight in addition to carefully plotted surprises he's been up to all week long. While Tom also mentioned that Katie only has two days off next week for Christmas, maybe the family can squeeze in a post-holiday vacation when she's done on Broadway in January.

Jennifer Aniston ducked out of the Four Seasons and into her car in LA last night. She's been busy making new friends, but Jennifer has fans all over. Alec Baldwin sang her praises after her appearance on 30 Rock last week calling their kissing scene the "greatest day" of his life. He said, "Whenever you do that with someone, it's so fake. They're getting paid to kiss you and I'm getting paid to kiss her. But she's a doll." Jennifer isn't the only one making a good impression - supposedly John Mayer met and impressed her dad and stepmom over dinner last night.

Jason Gets Juicy, Talks Sex and the City Sequel

It was a star-studded hot pink carpet last night at the Juicy Couture 5th Avenue flagship store opening in NYC. Blake Lively and Penn Badgley arrived together and smiled and chatted with fans, while Sarah Michelle Gellar struck a pose for the photographers. Jessica Szohr and Emma Roberts showed off their bright Juicy dresses, and Emma blushed when she revealed her celebrity crush is Nick Jonas. Kenan Thompson talked about Amy Poehler and Tina Fey - more after the jump - and Jason Lewis opened up to us about the Sex and the City sequel. Here's more:

On a possible sequel to Sex and the City: "I’ve been hearing about it just at dinner, from Kim Cattrall doing all this confirmation stuff. I don’t know anything about it."
On reprising his role of Smith: "You know what, I would do anything they asked me to do. They were so kind to me, if they wanted me to go over there and move lights I probably would do that for them."

Although Jason might not have the scoop on whether we should break out the cosmos again, we'd hope he'd be back as Smith on the big screen again.

On Tina Fey's Sarah Palin: "I doubt it. She'll probably hang that up now. It's time to get back to 30 Rock because I'm sure she's busy enough with that."
On Amy Poehler: "We text each other. She was crying when she saw that thing we did for her on the show. She was watching it with the baby in the bed. She was like 'Aw you made me cry! I’m sitting here with Archibald and we’re watching it.' It's just crazy that she just had the baby like two days ago."
On SNL: "We're going to go back to the groove that we were in before all the political stuff. I feel like it's going to be super funny with new themes and new characters, and we'll have more opportunity to focus on that."
On Obama returning to SNL: "That would be awesome. He was on before the nomination, but I'm sure he's got his hands full now."

Kenan also mentioned he's been "cooking" some "crazy" ideas for Obama skits, and since you guys are waiting to see what SNL does now that the elections are over, hopefully they'll keep the momentum going.
