AnnaLynne McCord, Jessica Stroup, and Jessica Lowndes raised their ice cream cones as a toast as they filmed some beachy scenes for the second season of 90210 in LA on Thursday. AnnaLynne rocked a shiny pink bikini while the Jessicas stuck with cute one-pieces. Noticeably absent from their Summer celebration was their costar Shenae Grimes, though it's not a big surprise after the falling out Annie had with her classmates on the season finale.

90210 comes back to our small screens tonight after a long hiatus, and supposedly we can expect some improvements. There's a new executive on board who says she's trying make the show a little more like Gossip Girl — yay. In another surprising twist, one of the main characters, Ethan (played by Dustin Milligan), is being written out of the show.

Jennie Garth and Tori Spelling filmed scenes for 90210 yesterday, driving down Rodeo Drive in a Rolls Royce in true Beverly Hills style — get their looks here. Jennie confirmed that Tori would be reprising her role, and now Donna Martin's back in her old zip code showing off some toned arms. Jessica Stroup, Jennie's onscreen little sister, rode around in the back while elsewhere on the set another big fan of the show, Diablo Cody, filmed her guest starring role.

Lat night the cast of 90210 gathered at the Peach Pit as part of this January's TCA Press Tour. The scene was crowded but the starlets were gracious and ready to chat about the show and what an incredible year they've had. Jason Preistley mostly stuck to his corner table outside while the new stars bounced around the room.

- The author of the Twilight series and director of New Moon confirmed that Taylor Lautner will be reprising his role as Jacob Black in the next movie. There were rumors he would be replaced due to the necessary physical changes needed to continue in the role. — BuzzSugar
- A 90210 rep confirmed they are in final talks with Tori Spelling to have her appear on the spinoff series at the end of January.

- Usher and his wife Tameka gave birth to baby boy yesterday, making it the couple's second son together after Usher Raymond V, who recently had his first birthday. His name hasn't been released yet. — People
- Macaulay Culkin's sister Dakota died yesterday after she was hit by a car when crossing the street in LA on Tuesday and treated at UCLA Medical Center.

It's no secret that we're huge fans of teen shows like Gossip Girl, The Hills, and 90120, but now that our guilty pleasures are back we can't help but question some of the examples set by the characters. America Ferrera even told Seventeen magazine that she thinks these three shows in particular are encouraging girls to be mean to each other. What do you think — do teen shows set a bad example for young girls?
