Nicole Richie looked gorgeous with a cute and cleaned up Joel Madden on her arm, out for another night with Nicky Hilton and David Katzenberg. Lucy Liu smiled and chatted with the designer, Marisa Tomei, and Nicole.

A surprisingly smiley Anna Wintour joined her August Vogue cover girl Winona Ryder and Marisa Tomei at the Milan Fashion Week Alberta Ferretti show yesterday. Winona and Marisa look great, but seeing them together is a touch nostalgic, no? Not that these ladies aren't still getting good jobs or were ever nearly as bad as Paris, Britney and Lindsay, but these two were kind of the starlets of their day.

Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt walked through LAX to catch a flight to Frankfurt, Germany, where they landed on Friday. They've been traveling the world together, recently partying on Alberta Ferretti's yacht at the Venice Film Festival. In addition to her currently stable love life, Paris has another reason to be happy — a saying of hers has made it into Oxford's Book of Quotations, joining the ranks of Confucius, Oscar Wilde, and even Sarah Palin.
Heidi and Seal Keep Working on Project Italy
Heidi, Seal, and the whole family continued their Italian vacation, leaving Rome for Porto Cervo this weekend. Cutie Johan hung onto Heidi's mom, while Henry opted for his favorite form of transportation, dad's shoulders. At night, Seal and Heidi snuck in some alone time while shopping at Alberta Ferretti.
The Cannes Film Festival Is Off and Running
The fun times in Cannes kicked off today, and there was no shortage of star power out on the red carpet for the opening premiere of Blindness. Co-stars Cate Blanchett and Gael Garcia Bernal led the pack, and Eva Longoria and Mischa Barton were just a couple of the lovely ladies who lit up the red carpet in their brightly colored dresses. Natalie Portman looked adorable as always in her little purple number, representing the festival's jury along with Sean Penn.
