Jay-Z Hits Carnegie Hall For First Performance Since Welcoming Baby Blue!

Jay-Z was beaming as he hit the stage in NYC Monday evening to kick off his two back-to-back Carnegie Hall shows to benefit the United Way as well as his Sean Carter Foundation. It's Jay-Z's first performance since becoming a dad to baby Blue Ivy Carter in early January and he was looking sharp in his Dolce&Gabbana tuxes. New mom Beyoncé Knowles also stepped out for her first appearance since Blue's arrival, and though she stuck to the sidelines during the show Jay-Z did have some special guests including Alicia Keys and Nas. While fans anxiously await the first glimpse of Blue Ivy, the one month old has already broken records. Jay-Z "Glory," which he wrote and released a day after her birth made Blue the youngest person ever to hit the Billboard charts.

The trio arrived on the island last week to celebrate Alicia's 31st birthday. Alicia Keys started her morning with a walk on the beach alongside her little man, Egypt, and husband, Swizz Beatz, in Hawaii. The trip serves as an early getaway in honor of Alicia's 31st birthday on Feb. 25. She's taking a break after recently entertaining a crowd of Hollywood's hottest actors during the Producers Guild Awards. She sang her hits "Empire State of Mind" and "No One" for George Clooney, the cast of Bridesmaids, Brad Pitt, and Angelina Jolie.

Alicia and her directing partners Jennifer Aniston and Demi Moore celebrated over the weekend at the Directors Guild of America Awards in LA, where their Lifetime ensemble project Five was nominated. Jennifer, accompanied by boyfriend Justin Theroux, represented the bunch while Alicia relaxed on the beach with her family and Demi continued seeking treatment for health issues.

Jennifer Aniston posed in a sexy lace top and vest at the premiere of Lifetime's Five in NYC tonight. She directed one of the five short films, which highlight how friends and families deal with breast cancer, and promoted the project earlier today with an appearance on Good Morning America. Jennifer had her man, Justin Theroux, for support at this evening's event, though he waited inside with pal Terry Richardson and joked that no one cares about him while Jennifer worked the press line. Jennifer shared that her favorite thing about being in the Big Apple is the people as she headed into the screening. Also on hand for the special evening were Demi Moore and Alicia Keys, who each contributed their own shorts for the small screen.

Las Vegas got even crazier this weekend when the biggest names in music descended onto the property of the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino for the two-day iHeartRadio music festival. The good times kicked off on Friday with performances from Jay-Z, Coldplay, Alicia Keys, the Black Eyed Peas, Carrie Underwood, Bruno Mars, Kelly Clarkson, and Jane's Addiction. Saturday night was just as star studded with energetic sets by Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, Steven Tyler, Kenny Chesney, Nikki Minaj, Rascal Flats, Usher, and Sting. Music artists weren't the only big names on hand - American Idol host Ryan Seacrest made the trip to the desert to MC the show and brought along girlfriend, and star of the upcoming dance film Footloose, Julianne Hough. Twilight star Ashley Greene was rolling solo to introduce Rascal Flats while Glee's Cory Monteith welcomed Sublime to the stage.

Friends Alicia and Jay-Z closed down Friday night with a rocking rendition of their hit "Empire State of Mind" as Chris Martin watched on from backstage. There were no signs, though, of mom-to-be Beyoncé or Chris's wife Gwyneth Paltrow. The fans kept up their enthusiasm on Saturday when J Lo rocked out her hits "Papi" and "On the Floor." J Lo looked hot in a sexy red dress! Fresh off her tour with Britney Spears, Nikki Minaj got fans on their feet with her "Super Bass." Lady Gaga wrapped up the second night of festivities with a 50-minute set that included chart topper "The Edge of Glory."

New York Fashion Week is starting to wind down, but yesterday boasted some of the biggest shows of the season and Rachel Zoe was front row to check out Proenza Schouler's Spring 2012 collection. The runway was covered in shag carpet, and the models strutted down the catwalk in Proenza Schouler eelskin skirts and prints. Rachel was joined in the audience by Alexa Chung, Pharrell Williams, and Alicia Keys. It's been an action-packed week for Rachel Zoe, who has taken in tons of shows alongside husband Rodger, and she also showed off her own Rachel Zoe collection with a private presentation. Rachel and Rodger's baby son, Skyler, was front and center to check out his mom's hard work. Rachel admitted she was "terrified" for her first-ever fashion week presentation, but it went off without a hitch. Jennifer Aniston Tells Glamour She Wants "Awesomeness" in Her Relationships

Jennifer Aniston covers October's Glamour, which is on newsstands Sept. 6, along with her pals Demi Moore and Alicia Keys. The three ladies teamed up to create a series of short films for the Lifetime network that will be broadcast together as the program Five, and each piece focuses on how breast cancer affects women's lives. Jennifer's currently settling into her new home with boyfriend Justin Theroux, but she spoke to the magazine recently about what she likes in relationships, getting her star on the Walk of Fame, and what she sought to accomplish with her minimovie. She said:

On her piece in Five: "We were intrigued by the challenge of creating short stories that would defy audiences’ expectation of the subject. We wanted to balance the drama with humor and irreverence, because that’s what’s helped our friends who’ve faced this get through their treatment. We wanted stories that were informative without being heavy handed. Oh, and they needed to be brilliantly written. Other than that, our goals were small. [Laughs.]"
On getting her star on the Walk of Fame: "It was a milestone in my career, which was surreal, because I still think I’m at the beginning of it. I remember when they told me about the honor, I thought, 'Really?' I’ve never lost that feeling of ‘Oh God, I hope I get this job!’ I don’t want to get too used to any of this because then entitlement sets in, and that’s the kiss of death."
On what she wants in a relationship: "I would say I couldn’t be in a relationship without equality, generosity, integrity, spirit, kindness, and humor. And awesomeness."

Alicia Keys Slips Into a Bikini For a Swim Lesson With Baby Egypt

Alicia Keys modeled a tiny purple two-piece in Miami yesterday and splashed around in the pool with baby Egypt. The pair were spotted once again enjoying the sunshine today, though this time Alicia skipped the bikini and opted for a one-piece. Her trip to the Sunshine State is partially work related since she's scheduled to perform at tonight's Zo's Summer Groove benefit gala. Alicia and Cee Lo Green are headlining the event with proceeds benefiting former NBA player Alonzo Morngin's charity. Swizz Beatz missed out on the pool party as he also had business obligations. He's been traveling extensively to promote his new Reebok collaboration, and today Swizz shoot a Reebok commercial with his eldest son, Prince. Hopefully Alicia and Swizz will be able to reunite next week when the couple celebrate their first wedding anniversary on July 31.
