Kirsten Dunst Opens Up About All the Good Things

Kirsten Dunst got back to nature for the cover of December's Allure. She's out and about discussing her upcoming film with Ryan Gosling, All Good Things, which we caught a lot of them filming last year in NYC. Kirsten sat down to chat about her occupation, her thoughts on Twilight after starring in Interview With the Vampire, and her romantic status. Here's more:

On loving vampires: "I watch True Blood. I love vampire stuff-it’s sexy. There’s a danger element, and it’s sensual, what they do. I love the movie Twilight. It satisfies the 14-year-old girl in you."
On being born an actress: "A kid doesn’t come out being, like, 'I’m going to be an actor' . . . I think everyone is born with natural abilities, and it just happened that mine is something I got famous for."
On her ex, Jake Gyllenhaal: "It would be nice to see him, but we’re not good friends."
On her current romantic status: "If I had a beau now, I wouldn’t say. Until I’m married, and even then, why?"

It's Hard to Resist Kristen Stewart's Allure

We caught a sneak peek at Kristen Stewart shooting the November cover of Allure back in July at the Santa Monica Pier, and the issue is finally about to hit newsstands. It's yet another cover after her recent appearance in Interview as she makes the rounds to discuss her latest film in the Twilight series. She sat down to chat all about her personality, what sets the movies apart from all the other vampire stories, and even Robert Pattinson. Here's more:

On her dating Robert Pattinson: "I read that story every day. . . it’s in a story every day, so let’s not put it in another one."
On why Twilight resonates with fans: "There's a lot of [vampire] stuff out there, but this goes deeper. But it's [more than] just foreplay. Even though it does that so well -it does a f***ing good job - the build up is like, ridiculous. But it's all for the right reasons. You're so very much with Bella. You're so in her shoes that it's a vicarious experience. It's addictive."
On people's reactions to the shots of her kissing Robert in New Moon: "This shot got everyone talking like I have some sort of great ass. But come on, I have a flat ass. I don't know what people are talking about."

On staying true to herself: "I go outside, and I’m wearing a funky T-shirt and my hair is dirty, and people say, 'What’s wrong with her? She needs to invest in a hairbrush.' I'm like, don't you get it? I'm not that girl! It's not like I was really clean cut last year."
On her weight: "I don’t exercise. I’m skinny fat. I worry about being too skinny. You should see my brother, he's, like, emaciated. We both just happen to be really skinny."
On the Bella doll: "She has bigger t*ts than me, and she looks ten years older. I have one, it's in a drawer."
On trying to be sincere: “I spend so much of my time guarding against sounding insincere about something that I would die for. . . maybe I’m overcompensating. . . I care so much. And it gets reported as the opposite. And even seeing this [interview], they’ll be like, Oh, she’s trying to let us know. . . "

It's Always Bikini Season For Fergie

Fergie flaunts her bikini body on the July cover of Allure. Inside the magazine, she sports a few different bathing suit styles, including this revealing black number. She sat down to chat all about the Black Eyed Peas' new album and tour, her role in Nine, and her marriage to Josh Duhamel. Here are highlights:

On staying beautiful on the road: "I need structure. I need to get enough sleep. I need to make sure that I'm having regular workouts, and that they put in time for hair and makeup and nails, because I do have to get my nails done . . . I have to get my roots touched up and get facials, because when you're traveling, the skin doesn't look as nice."
On what she and Penelope Cruz ate to gain weight for Nine: "Everything fried and full of fat and salty . . . we were eating our brains out."
On keeping things spicy with Josh: "Oh, girl, I've got a big chest of fun little numbers, ones that I would never wear in public."

Britney Is So Not Herself in Allure

Yesterday morning we saw the September Allure cover, and now here's the full spread. Seriously, Britney looks (photoshopped) to be about 16 in the two inside images. And topless, as reported. She also struck the same neck holding post from her website -- I guess it's a favorite. As we all know, the article isn't the comeback story Allure was hoping for because Brit repeatedly stood up their interviewer. Instead, it paints a sad story about the pop star's life, but we don't need this for us to know that things are dire for Brit these days. There's not much to say about Britney that hasn't already been said I just wish that she would put on a shirt, find some good friends, and take care of those two little boys of hers.

Blake Wants You to Know She's Not a Piece of Bubble Gum

Blake Lively and her very smoky eyes are on the cover of Allure's May issue, which is out on April 21. She's currently enjoying some time off with Penn, but before her hiatus she sat down with the magazine to chat about keeping her love life private and her image. Here's more:

On her size: "I feel like a tranny a lot of the time. I don’t know, I’m. . . large? They put me in six-inch heels, and I tower over every man. I’ve got this long hair and lots of clothes and makeup on. I just feel really big a lot of the time, and I’m surrounded by a lot of tiny people. I feel like a man sometimes."
On her image: "I'm blonde, and I have a small dog, so I try to avoid looking like a piece of bubble gum."
On why she doesn't talk much about Penn: "You see people who will open up their relationships, who are very affectionate on the red carpet or are doing a reality show with each other, and their relationship just seems to crumble, so I decided to keep a vow of silence."
On what she will say about her boyfriend: "He plays any instrument he picks up. He bought a piano, and then two months later you would think he was a concert pianist."

It's great to see she's one gorgeous girl who doesn't take things too seriously. Her Gossip Girl costars are going to be busy during their Summer hiatus from the series, and Blake's sure to be back to work once she returns all rested from her trip.

Julia Roberts Is the Luckiest Girl in Town

Julia Roberts hit the beach with a handful of rings for the March issue of Allure. The interview kicks off her promotion for Duplicity with Clive Owen. The actress already weighed in on her costar and how George Clooney loves him, but now it's her turn in the spotlight. Julia enjoys time out of the spotlight when she's not working, and here she talks about her husband and how she keeps her family running. Here are highlights:

On how people should deal with a broken heart: "You have to shed the tears; you have to purge it and have the full commitment to the fact that you're hurt."
On working with her husband: "There's a great combination of nerves and comfort that I get with him, the one who's looking at me through the camera."
On family: The coolest thing you can do for your children is to love each other in their presence. I'm the luckiest girl in town, I really am."
On her kids: "Danny and I talk about, 'What did we do with all the time we must have had?' Because you don't recognize it as such, until you have all these little . . . time thieves running around your house."

Julia's role as a mom has always been her number one priority, but we're looking forward to seeing the movie star back up on the big screen.

Isla Is Ready to Walk Down the Aisle With Sacha

Isla Fisher sported some huge earrings and nautical stripes for the February issue of Allure. The cover girl was on the red carpet at the Golden Globes on Sunday, but now it's time to start promoting Confessions of a Shopaholic. She opens up about the movie, hitting the stores, her wedding to Sacha Baron Cohen, converting to Judaism and more. Here are highlights:

On Sacha and getting married: "[He's] mysterious and interesting [...] We are going to get married, even more so now than ever. It is very important to me to have a beautiful ritual celebrated with all my family and friends, and to feel part of the community. And when you are in the public eye, to keep that private and make it happen without it being really visible is really difficult."
On her own shopping style: "I’m a terrible shopper. I shop badly and hardly ever. I get in, I get out, with no pleasure."
On being compared to other famous redheads: "If Shopaholic is a hit, then it was Isla Fisher in the movie, and if it doesn’t work out, it was Amy Adams."
On Olive: "[The family I created with Sacha is] the thing that I am the most proud of. And that is thanks to him."

Isla always looks fabulous from the streets to the red carpet, so she does a great a job of hiding her distaste for shopping. Either way, we're even more excited to see her step out of her element to play fashion-obsessed Becky Bloomwood on the big screen.

Britney Lands Allure and New Management but Still Crashes & Burns

Britney crashed into a parked car yesterday while out running errands with her pocket pup. From the smile on her face we can assume Britney is not injured from this fender bender. Unfortunately, this crash isn't the only bad story of the day for the pop tart. Britney managed to land herself the September cover of Allure but even though they got new photos, the poor magazine couldn't even secure an interview. The editor in chief reports:

"I thought we could present the profile as her comeback... Britney showed up for Allure's cover shoot on time and ready to work. She was entirely unself-conscious: She took off her wig and then stripped down to the waist, for no apparent reason, before sitting for hair and makeup.... (she was) agreeable and cooperative," but "that was the last we saw of her ... she missed four appointments for an interview... Britney has long lost her role-model status ... Spears still commands our attention, perhaps even more so now than before her life imploded."

The only glimmer of hope is that Britney has finally signed on with new management, Jeff Kwatinetz. Even though Jeff was recently fired by Kelly Clarkson his agency called The Firm also reps super stars like Leo and Cameron so we're hoping this partnership might actually work this time around for Spears.

Eva Has an Alluringly Posh Housewife Party

Eva Longoria celebrated her Allure magazine cover with celebrity friends at her restaurant Beso in LA last night. Victoria Beckham offset Eva's dress as the two posed in black and white looking tan and beautiful. Posh seems to be enjoying herself in LA before her exciting upcoming move to Milan. Eva walked around her party chatting with friends like Heidi Klum and smiling with BFF Mario Lopez and Hayden Panettiere. The fire on Desperate Housewives was put out this week, but the cast heated up the night to support Gaby.

Scarlett Doesn't Know LL and Doesn't Want to Talk About Ryan

Now that the election is over, Scarlett Johansson is back to her life as an actress, which means gracing the cover of the December issue of Allure. She's promoting The Spirit, but it seems Scarlett was just as interested in discussing Lindsay Lohan. In the interview, she has a couple of things to say about her fellow starlet as well as Ryan and her favorite director Woody Allen. Here are highlights:

On the story that Lindsay Lohan wrote profanities about Scarlett in a NYC bathroom a few years ago: "That's what I heard. I don’t know what the motivation was behind that. I remember it was something really vulgar - I mean, shockingly so, like, 'Whoa, what, who are you?' I really don’t know that person. I only met her, like, three times."
On inspiring Katy Perry's "I Kissed a Girl": "That's flattering, but my lips are kind of taken."
On being Woody Allen's muse: "I don't inspire that work that Woody does. I'm just lucky to fit into the 'young woman' category in his movies. But make no mistake, I know that if it wasn't me, it would be someone else."
On how she started dating Ryan Reynolds: "Nobody knows. It's private. It's our story."

Scarlett and Ryan have definitely done a good job of keeping their romance pretty secret, but maybe we'll get a few more details on their rumored second wedding celebration.
