Natalie, Tobey, and Amanda Bring Family to See Brothers

Natalie Portman in brilliant blue stole the spotlight last night at a screening of Brothers in NYC. One of her two leading men, Tobey Maguire, joined her on the red carpet along with his wife Jennifer Meyer, though Jake Gyllenhaal missed the event. Amanda Peet was right by her husband David Benioff's side, supporting his latest screenwriting effort. Natalie was caught up in New Moon mania last week, but yesterday was all about her own upcoming project - check out the moving trailer before its release on December 4.

Friday Fashion Week Brings Ronsons, 90210, and a Cullen

After a huge Fashion's Night Out, the shows rolled on today in the Bryant Park tents. Charlotte Ronson debuted her new collection while her twin Samantha DJed as usual - one person missing was Lindsay Lohan, who was front and center last year, but hasn't been invited to any recent Charlotte Ronson events. AnnaLynne McCord posed with her 90210 costar Jessica Stroup while Emmanuelle Chriqui looked hot in her animal print. The happy duo were joined by Amanda's husband David, who looked on as the girls hit the playground. Frances enjoys lots of quality time outdoors with her parents, and while she's certainly a precious celebrity baby, don't forget to enter your own adorable child in Gap's third annual Casting Call.

Amanda Peet's Got Gotham Covered

Amanda Peet celebrated her new Gotham Magazine cover last night at the Plaza Hotel in NYC, and we were lucky enough to attend the event! The actress walked in holding hands with her longtime BFF Sarah Paulson - they go all the way back to their Jack & Jill days - looking cute and animated. Check out how to get Amanda's look here. We got a chance to chat with both of the sweet and down-to-earth women, who drank lime margaritas and mingled with the crowd during the cocktail hour. Even though Sarah commented about how sad she is that her last show with Amanda, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, was canceled, the ladies are clearly having fun as friends until they get to be costars again.

We Want to Believe The X-Files Sequel Will Be a Hit

Last night the LA premiere of X-Files reunited David Duchovny (who is looking in need of a haircut) and a pregnant Gillian Anderson. The FBI agents have a new set of costars, including the adorable Amanda Peet who looked beautiful in her fancy feathered dress. Diane Kruger went uncharacteristically casual, but of course pulled it off looking fabulous in jeans and a basic tee. We've been looking forward to the sequel for a while, but so far the reviews are mixed. Stay tuned for Buzz's review and probably more news from Comic-Con. Lucky for us if Agent Mulder doesn't score the top spot this weekend at the box office, then at least we can watch David as a witty jack*ss in Californication this Fall on Showtime!

Amanda Peet Is Not One For Weather Extremes

Amanda Peet looked pretty and smiled big with her tousled hair - love it or hate it? on her way into The Late Show yesterday. The actress, who recently apologized for her controversial vaccination comments, kept things light with Dave promoting her new movie The X-Files: I Want to Believe, which opens this Friday. Amanda joked with Dave about being nervous, how her baby Frances still doesn't talk much, and called herself a drama queen for fainting in the NYC heat. Hancock Swoops Into LA With Smiths Galore and More

After a trip around the world, Hancock hit LA last night with a high profile premiere. The Smith family is quite the red carpet pack now, perfecting the group pose for the camera - Jada was looking especially gorgeous in green - before Will was off to also pose with his costars. The next big movie star (at least in his head) Diddy was there as was Charlize nuzzling up to Stuart and Jason Bateman with his wife. Will looked overjoyed and recently talked about how great things are. He told Parade, "I feel like an athlete who has just caught my prime. I'm in the best physical condition of my life. I love what I do. I feel like this is truly the time for me to make my artistic sprint in my career." For now though, it's time to watch and see how his newest Summer blockbuster fares at the holiday weekend box office he made his own.

Amanda and Frances Sing Through Security

It looks like traveling with Amanda Peet is a pretty fun time, at least judging by Frances Pen's cutie pie expressions arriving at the Vancouver airport yesterday. After a trip to the UK to attend the BAFTAs (her husband, screenwriter David Benioff was nominated for The Kite Runner), Amanda is back in Canada to finish the X-Files movie. Her co-stars David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson have been promoting the movie without her, but now it's time to get back to work giving those die-hard fans the sequel they've been waiting for.

British (and Not) Beauties Brighten Up the BAFTAs

Award season rolls on both in the states and overseas with the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Awards in London last night. Black, black, black ruled the red carpet from Thandie Newton to Sienna Miller in a racy see-through number and Jessica Biel whose blonde hair is thankfully looking better. Check out Fab and Bella's take on all the BAFTA beauties. This season's all-stars (and Oscar favorites) Daniel Day-Lewis and Javier Bardem took home the awards for Best Actor and Best Supporting actor respectively while Atonement won for Best Film. Keira Knightley seemed particularly excited, even smiling for once on the red carpet. Shocking. Kate Hudson wasn't there to accept any awards, but she looked hot in her dress while her movie Fool's Gold took the top spot at the US box office.

Agent Mulder Is Back and It's About Time!

As if David Duchovny's return to the small screen as one of the best characters ever (or at least of 2007) wasn't exciting enough - now the X-Files movie is finally filming! Earlier this week we got the exciting news that the cast has grown including Amanda Peet as an agent! It's been way too long since Mulder and Scully paired up but considering the craziness of the writers' strike, we're happy to hear that some films weren't delayed, especially this one. That said, we can't decide if we love Fox Mulder more than Californication's Hank Moody but one thing's for sure, David D is on the rise again and we couldn't be more thrilled!
