Amanda Seyfried plays famous porn star Linda Lovelace in the upcoming drama Lovelace, and we have our first official look at the actress as the '70s adult-film icon. It's a little racy, what with the come-hither stare and red lingerie, and I'm already wondering just how much of Lovelace's repertoire we're going to see in the biopic. In any case, I'm very curious about this film, especially for its big cast, which also includes Peter Sarsgaard as Lovelace's abusive husband and James Franco as Hugh Hefner. Josh and Amanda's romance was first reported earlier this month, though the two were apparently introduced by friends and have been seeing each other since January. They were spotted out shopping together over the weekend and after the sweet outing it seems that the two are ready to be more public with their relationship. Amanda has most recently been filming the biopic Lovelace, while Josh has a number of projects in the works for 2012.

Gone Trailer: Amanda Seyfried Is Hot on the Trail of Her Sister's Abductor

Amanda Seyfried must have enjoyed being on the run for In Time, because she's still hustling in the trailer for Gone. She plays Jill, a teen who thinks her sister Molly has been kidnapped after she disappears from their home one night. The police aren't as suspicious, but Jill has a conspiracy theory. Jill had been kidnapped by a serial killer two years prior and escaped, and she thinks the captor came back for her, but nabbed Molly instead. The cops won't believe Jill, and she becomes a target when she goes rogue and tries to track down the killer herself before he can murder Molly.

Gone seems like an interesting mystery, but it doesn't look like it's got any tricks up its sleeve (I'm even willing to bet that the killer is one of the nay-saying detectives). The whole thing plays out like an overdramatic crime thriller - Seyfried gets to utter the cheese-tastic line of "I'll sleep when he's dead" - but at least the cast has a few familiar faces, like Jennifer Carpenter, Wes Bentley, and Sebastian Stan. It's worth it to see them together, so watch the whole trailer after the jump.
