There was plenty of fabulous fashion on the 2011 Emmy Awards red carpet, but we also loved to see some of Hollywood's hottest couples posing for photographers. Emily Blunt escorted her husband, John Krasinski, to the big show, while Ian Somerhalder joined his lovely Vampire Diaries costar and girlfriend Nina Dobrev. Funny pair Amy Poehler and Will Arnett cracked jokes on their way down the red carpet as Mad Men's Jon Hamm was overheard complimenting longtime partner Jennifer Westfeldt on her vintage yellow gown. True Blood's Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer joined the festivities, as did Late Night's own Jimmy Fallon and wife Nancy Juvonen. Project Runway host Heidi Klum was never more than a few steps away from her good-looking husband Seal. Modern Family's Sarah Hyland invited boyfriend Matt Prokop, and Mad Men's sexy siren Christina Hendricks happily stuck by her hubby Geoffrey Arend. Many of last night's biggest stars retired to the Governors Ball to celebrate following the Emmys. Good pals Tina Fey and Amy Poehler stuck together after organizing the best actress in a comedy nominees on stage, where Mike and Molly's Melissa McCarthy picked up her first award. There was more affection on display as Rashida Jones and Kristen Wiig posed for photos together, and hot Vampire Diaries couple Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev stuck together. Leading men Jon Hamm and Timothy Olyphant, from Mad Men and Justified respectively, added their good looks to the festivities. Margaret Trailer: Anna Paquin Is Hot For Teacher Matt Damon

The Margaret trailer takes us back to 2005, the year the movie was filmed and its star Anna Paquin was still young enough to play a 17-year-old high school student. After many delays, we're finally seeing the first footage of the Kenneth Lonergan film in which Paquin plays the emotionally torn title character, who battles feelings of guilt after a tragic bus accident leaves a woman dead.

Believing she is partly responsible for the death, Margaret begins to spiral out of control as she attempts to deal with her emotions. As if that isn't bad enough, the bus driver (Mark Ruffalo) gives her a tough time about her desire to come forward with the truth behind what really happened the day of the accident. She begins to crumble in some predictable ways, like letting her grades slip and pushing her family away, as well as some not so predictable ways, like an affair with her teacher, played by Matt Damon. Paquin seems to handle Margaret's dark, emotional journey beautifully, and I'm eager to see her on the big screen again and playing someone besides Sookie Stackhouse. Comic-Con 2011 wrapped up yesterday, and an impressive list of celebrities from the sci-fi, thriller, and action genres have passed through San Diego for the event. Breaking Dawn Part I costars Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, and Robert Pattinson were a big draw for Twilight fans during their Thursday panel, while newcomers Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone brought down the house debuting The Amazing Spider-Man on Friday night. HBO favorites Game of Thrones and True Blood came out in full force, as did the casts of upcoming films Total Recall, In Time, and Haywire. Stephen Moyer and Anna Paquin headed south to San Diego yesterday for Comic-Con's True Blood panel. Anna Paquin wore red Antonio Berardi, looking hot next to her husband. The cast had a strong showing with Alexander Skarsgard, Ryan Kwanten, Rutina Wesley, Kevin Alejandro, Nelsan Ellis, Kristin Bauer, Deborah Ann Woll, and creator Alan Ball joining in for the discussion. A few spoilers were revealed during the fan chat - Buzz has a full rundown of the True Blood at Comic-Con Q & A - like the mystery behind Alexander's "dorky outfits" this season and whether we'll see how Eric turned Pam into a vampire. True Blood Bites: "You Smell Like Dinner" Episode

The second episode in True Blood's fourth season is even better than the premiere, due to its liberal use of Eric and some truly amazing Bill flashbacks. The action with the witches is really getting compelling, as they prove themselves to be more than just a harmless little knitting circle. Meanwhile, Sookie frets about what do about Eric owning her house, though all that hand wringing would be put to better use if she fretted about where her brother is instead.

True Blood Bites: Season Four Premiere, "She's Not There"

True Blood is back! Season four returns with Sookie exploring her true lineage, but something is rotten in fairyland. For all the blood and sex that we've come to expect from this show, the premiere is surprisingly tame. But with an unexpected time lapse, there's still a lot to wrap your head around.

As un-bloody as this episode is, I'm still so psyched that True Blood has returned. Let's herald its Summer resurrection by recapping what happened this week when you

read more. Most Misleading Magical Realm: The episode opens with Sookie in a beautiful, oddly-lit fairyland after she had taken Claudine's (her godmother) hand in the third season finale. Everything is pretty and idyllic - especially when Sookie spies her long-lost grandfather Earl. But when Sookie gets wise that the delicious fruit everyone is feasting on is a trap, she essentially starts a riot against Queen Mab, exposing the realm for what it is: a dark, dangerous, scary place. Claudine's brother manages to get Sookie and Earl back on earth, escaping Mab and her intent to harvest humans. Most Surprising Time Jump: Unlike True Blood's previous season premieres, in which we pick up right after the finale, season four jumps forward. It's because Sookie has been in fairyland, and fairyland does not have time rules. What she thought was a few minutes was actually about a year. Cue Sookie arriving back at home to find her house sold, Jason a cop, and everyone else in town having moved on. Most Changed Character: Tara has evolved the most in a year; she's got a new job as a cage fighter (so Ryan from The O.C.'s latter days), she's now in a serious relationship with another woman (fellow cage fighter Naomi), and she's going by "Toni." Even though she has relocated to New Orleans, her new life can't keep her away from her hometown when she finds out that Sookie is back. Most Devoted Display of Commitment: Lafayette supports his boyfriend Jesus by attending his weird coven meetings. Jesus wants Lafayette to embrace his gifts; Lafayette would rather look cool with his new Mr. T haircut. Leading the group is Marnie, who seems to sense that Lafayette is special. In a coven breakthrough, it's Lafayette's presence that brings Marnie's deceased bird back from the dead. Shortest Honeymoon Period: Jessica and Hoyt have been living together for a year, but they're already on the rocks. Not one for domesticity, Jessica doesn't cook for her man, and her man is getting tired of being her feast. They have an egg-tastic fight, but then make up over (bloody) drinks at Fangtasia, where Jessica flirts with another human guy, but resists going any further. Least Evident New Parent Glow: Terry and Arlene now have a healthy, smart baby boy - who might just have the devil in him. Rene's progeny clearly worries Arlene more than Terry; when Arlene catches her tot tearing the heads of Barbie dolls, she gives him a talking to about how killing people is not cool. Hopefully that baby's not his father's son - for Arlene's fragile sanity, at least. Most Drunken Support Group: Sam deals with the fallout of shooting Tommy with a new group - a shapeshifter group. They share, they drink, they shift together. One of the group members also catches Sam's eye: a beautiful shifter/teacher named Luna. Most Ungracious Act: Jason has really become quite responsible; not only is he a big Bon Temps cop, he kept his promise to Crystal to look after the people of Hotshot. But when he brings a fresh supply of food to the townspeople, they betray him and toss him in an icebox. Weirdest New Relationship: Tommy is alive! But, evidently, Sam did shoot him in the leg, and he's now paying for Tommy's physical therapy and attending anger management classes. But the oddest thing is Tommy's new attitude and arrangement; he's escorted by Maxine, Hoyt's mother; is he a surrogate for Hoyt now that he has abandoned his momma? Most Surprising Monarch: Well, I guess we know who won the fight between Bill and the vampire queen. Bill shows up as a charismatic politician and also - in the episode's final reveal - Louisiana's vampire king. We find out because we see that one of the members of Lafayette and Jesus's new coven is reporting back to him about the witches' activity. Best Real Estate Development: When Sookie comes back from fairyland, she has a rude homecoming: her house has been sold. The mystery buyer is some big corporation, Jason surmises, and they've made a lot of renovations on Gran's house. Sookie wants to see if they can give the buyer their money back, but the buyer is not really the best negotiator: it's Eric, and he has purchased the house so that he can always come in. Oh, and he'd like to have the same privileges with Sookie, he implies as he bares his fangs and the episode ends. So how did you feel about the premiere?
