She wore Valentino for the sweet evening and had her parents, Elaine and Ernie, along for support. Blake's mom, Elaine, was spotted on set with her this week while boyfriend Ryan Reynolds is overseas promoting Safe House. Ryan and Blake will be able to reunite soon, though, since his press tour will take him to the Big Apple in the coming days. Dating was the topic of conversation in a recent Elle interview with Blake, in which she insisted she's "had four boyfriends in my whole life. I've never been with anyone that's not a boyfriend."

Blake Lively strikes a few poses for the new March issue of Elle. The star of Gossip Girl wore some high fashion for a couple of pictures, including a Victoria Beckham dress on the cover, but in other images wasn't wearing much at all. The magazine also rounded up Blake Lively's best hairstyles. In the accompanying interview, Blake spoke about her dreams for a family - including having "trannies" if not daughters - and her friendship with Christian Louboutin. Blake also touched on the men in her life, revealing that she's never slept with anyone who wasn't an official boyfriend. Here are highlights from Blake Lively in Elle:

On her dating past: "I've had four boyfriends in my whole life. I've never been with anyone that's not a boyfriend. If I spend time with a man, it's because there's somebody that I know well who has been a friend for a while."
On her dreams for a family: "I hope to have a few girls one day. If not girls, they better be trannies. Because I have some amazing shoes and bags and stories that need to be appreciated."
On getting Louboutin shoe advice: "When I'm going to an event, I'll send Christian (Louboutin) a picture of my outfit and say, 'What shoes do you think I should wear with this?'"

Blake Lively Pitches in to Help Launch Jason Wu For Target

Blake Lively was among the starlets who stepped out in NYC last night to celebrate the launch of Jason Wu For Target. She joined the designer on the red carpet, which also hosted Chloë Moretz and Jaime King. French singer Yelle was on hand to entertain the attendees, who snacked on Laduree macarons. Jason later tweeted his appreciation for the turnout. He wrote, "Can I just say having Chloe Moretz and Jaime King at my Jason Wu for Target party meant the world to me."

The bash was Blake's second public appearance of the day after celebrating Gossip Girl's 100th episode in Queens with her small screen costars Ed Westwick and Penn Badgley. Mayor Michael Bloomberg was there to issue a special proclamation in honor of the series, which has brought many jobs to the Big Apple area during its five-year run.
