Vanessa is Raking in the Offers

Vanessa may be on the outs at MTV, but it doesn't look like she'll be hurting for work. As the new Bongo girl Vanessa showed off in a simple tank and jeans at the launch party for the spring 2007 campaign. She was also signed on to be a Guest Creator for Flirt! Cosmetics. As if that weren't enough the former Miss Teen USA will supposedly be one of the judges at the Miss USA pageant in March. The way offers are obviously pouring in, it looks like Vanessa will be around for quite awhile (and not just as the pretty thing on Nick's arm)!

BONGO Loves Their IT MTV Girls

Krisin Cavallari was BONGO's girl in 2006, but they have dumped her for a fresh face for the new year. Vanessa Minnillo will be the IT girl of BONGO's Spring 2007 campaign. Dating Nick has done nothing but good things for Vanessa, and she looks hot in these ads. Maybe the new year will also bring a wedding for Vanessa as well. Who do you like better as the BONGO girl... Kristin or Vanessa or perhaps BONGO team, DJ AM and Nicole from way back when?

Kristin is doing a great job staying relevant in Hollywood post her days on LB. She always finds her way to great events with the rest of young Hollywood, she dates popular guys and she is also representing Bongo. Kristin made her way out of LA and back to the east coast to show off the brand at Kohl's in Jersey City. She took time out of her busy partying and dating schedule to meet fans and sign autographs.

Matthew Loves His Bongos

Matthew McConaughey was on TRL today playing the bongos. Last time he did this he was arrested. How can we forget the humorous story of his arrest in 1999. Apparently it started as a simple noise complaint and turned into an arrest for smoking pot and playing bongos naked with a male buddy. Hmmmm.

The way he's been looking recently, he should play naked again for all the ladies that are swooning after that six-pack of his - even if he is off the market and riding cross country with hottie Penelope Cruz.

MM Gets Back to the Bongos

Matthew McConaughey spent this weekend doing what he does best -- showing off those abs, entertaining friends at his trailer, and playing the bongos! Seems harmless enough, but I'm sure you remember it caused some trouble back when he was arrested in 1999 after his neighbors made a noise complaint and police found him smoking pot and playing the bongos naked with a friend. MM still has some trouble keeping his clothes on but hopefully his new neighbors are used to the noise!

Matthew Is Back on the Bongos in Brazil

Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves didn't waste any time after arriving in Brazil last weekend. Little Levi showed his face as they checked into their ritzy Rio hotel, though he stayed home on Saturday night when his parents had a date night. Matthew and Camila finished their evening at a salsa school, and somebody even let Matthew near the bongos - though fortunately he kept his clothes on this time. While he got into the groove on the drums, Camila was dancing away with another guy. It must have all been in good fun as the fun lovin' couple were spotted at the airport on their way to Camila's hometown the next day.

Bongo's New Team

Nicole and fiance, Adam - DJ AM are both doing Bongo ads now. They are launching a men's line and the marketing team had already signed on Nicole so it made sense to have the cute couple pose together. I actually think the ads are cute. However, this does not mean I am going to go by Bongo anything.

Camila Alves slipped into a sundress to go shopping in Malibu on Wednesday while her little guy Levi played around outside with the nanny. The whole family including Matthew's parents were all over the beach this week where Camila bared her baby bump in a teeny string bikini. Not only does Levi already have beach bum tendencies just like his Daddy, but he's dressing like a mini hippie already - all he needs is MM's famous bongos to complete the picture.

Shirtless Eric Makes For a Steamy Valentine's Day

Eric Dane filmed shirtless scenes for Valentine's Day in LA yesterday. He's used to showing off his abs as Grey's Anatomy's Mark Sloane, so Eric looked like a natural smiling with bongos and throwing a football on the beach. His character is a quarterback thinking about retiring and was initially rumored to be Bradley Cooper's love interest in the star-studded movie.
