Ryan Heats Up Lunchtime

It's Fri-day, you're at your job (or not) and there ain't much to say. Ryan's new movie Breach may not have done so hot at the box office, but he's looking pretty hot while enjoying some beverages with a friend. Perhaps that's because he's wearing a hat when it's clearly warm where he is! Dumb joke zing! Sigh.

Ryan Tries to Make Good with Breach

Ryan's career obviously hasn't been hurt by any of the negative press surrounding his split with Reese. Last night he went on Jimmy Kimmel Live to promote his new film, Breach that also stars Oscar winner Chris Cooper. Breach is a true story about a young FBI agent trying to bring down his boss for selling secrets to the Soviet Union. Ryan may have lost points with us over the past few months but he still looks pretty hot and it is Valentine's Day so we're just psyched to have some pretty boy shots to share with you all. Nicky Sued For Breach of Contract, Not Knowing Exactly What Interior Design Is

The Chicago development group that's heading up Nicky's new hotel filed a lawsuit yesterday for breach of contract over the delayed project. According to them, Nicky supposedly contracted out interior design work she was supposed to do herself and then attempted to charge it back to the developer! The group also claims that Nicky and her "associates" were much less qualified in design than they claimed. As expected, Elliot Mintz was on hand to set the record straight. Here's more:

"Things are not always as they appear," he said. "When the facts surrounding this matter are known to the public I think you will find out that the person who has been most impacted by this action will be Nicky Hilton. … In the meantime, I don't think anybody should draw any conclusions based on the simple filing of a lawsuit."

We're not too worried about Nicky. Somehow we think this will all just go away like most bad press that involves the girls.

Paris Hilton Squashes Rumors, Gets Sued

Paris Hilton has plenty of money to spend on fashion, but that didn't stop her from buying the same dress in two different colors. Last night she wore her new favorite frock to dinner at Nobu with Benji, and despite recent rumors, there seems to be no trouble in paradise here. Too bad the same can't be said for all aspects of her life. Paris is being sued for breach of contract on the grounds that she didn't do enough promotion for her 2006 straight-to-DVD film Pledge This!. So far, Paris responded by heading to the airport and getting out of town with her man.
