Britney's Family Fun Continues in Miami

Britney Spears has been soaking up the sun in Miami with her family for the past week, and yesterday afternoon she was joined by her brother Bryan for a smoke break on their hotel balcony. Her boys Sean Preston and Jayden James spent their day at the beach with their nannies, after some fun with their cousin Maddie by the pool a few days ago. The whole Spears clan was in Florida ahead of Britney's shows in Orlando on Tuesday and Miami on Wednesday, and tonight will see her moving states to take the stage in Atlanta.

Jayden Rushed to Hospital During Britney's Big Homecoming

As expected, Britney Spears arrived in Kentwood on Friday with Jayden James and Sean Preston for the boys' first trip since she lost custody earlier this year. She was greeted with a hug from Lynne, and her brother Bryan and dad Jamie were also out on the tarmac for the reunion. Britney is managing a busy schedule as she gears up for her new album, which includes a new single "Kill the Lights" that most of you are into and launching a MySpace page with photos of her auditioning male dancers. She'll even miss Thanksgiving since she'll be performing on a French show, Star Academy, during the holiday. Unfortunately the weekend reunion took a turn for the scary when Jayden had to be rushed to the hospital suffering from a suspected seizure. Apparently Britney spent the night there with her son and Bryan was spotted at the hospital this morning with Sean Preston. No word yet on JJ's condition today but our thoughts are with the family and hopefully the toddler will be back home soon.

Britney Keeps Her House Smelling Fresh

Britney Spears spent another day shopping - this time it was her house getting decorated rather than her wardrobe - with her brother Bryan in Beverly Hills yesterday. The pop star picked up some candles and flowers, while we come to terms with the fact that she won't be lighting up the VMA stage (boo). Even Kim Vo, the hairstylist who talked about doing her hair for the show, admitted that his statements were just "theoretical." Hopefully this excursion didn't involve any detours into street fairs, but even so, she's still an exciting celebrity sighting for her fellow shoppers.

Britney's Ready to Play Big Sister to Jamie Lynn

Britney just got back from Vegas, but she was already on her way out of LA again today with her dad and brother - with a possible destination of Mississippi. She and Jamie are officially on Jamie Lynn watch so that they can be there when the newest member of the Spears family is brought into the world. Sounds like another Spears family reunion, but now that Jamie was granted permission to sell Britney's house in LA, it probably won't be long before she's back to continue her search for new digs.

Britney's Quiet Weekend With the Family

It was another tame weekend for Britney who spent Friday night out to dinner with her parents and brother Bryan at Peppone in LA. The night also happened to be Jamie Lynn's 17th birthday who celebrated back in Mississippi with fiancé Casey. Others at the restaurant report that Brit was very polite, quiet and giggling throughout the night. Between wholesome family time and ratings gold we couldn't ask for much more from the new and improved Britney besides finally ditching the brown boots.

Britney Spears held onto her Vitamin Water and showed off her back out in LA yesterday. Brit had a relaxing week after spending the holidays with family and at Bryan's wedding and despite rumors that she's slacking on rehearsals, she looks pretty toned here. Her next single is a sassy one, "If You Seek Amy" so it'll be fun to see what she comes up with for the video to that one. Her much talked about tour doesn't kick off until March, so she's got a couple months to make sure her moves are sharp as ever when she hits the road.

Britney Spears kicked off '09 with a trip to Wal-Mart and some food to go with a friend in Mississippi on Thursday. She was back in the South with her whole family including her boys and Jamie Lynn and Maddie to celebrate her brother Bryan's New Year's Eve wedding to Jamie Lynn's manager. Lots of you would have liked to have spent NYE watching Britney on the dance floor, but time with family is a healthy start to her year - maybe 2009 will even bring Britney a new romance of her own.

People Magazine released its annual list of the Hottest Bachelors of 2008 today with Mario Lopez scoring the marquee spot. Joining him to name a few: Bret Michaels, Gerard Butler, David Cook, Andy Samberg, Brody Jenner, Frankie Delgado, the boys of Gossip Girl, Adam Levine as well as famous siblings Bryan Spears and Hunter Johansson. While it's nice to see a fresh list, some of these names seem out of left field. What do you think about People's list - are these 2008's Hottest Bachelors?
