Shia Claims Not Guilty and Reminds Us All to Buckle Up
Wanted man Shia LaBeouf took a break from his life of committing misdemeanors for a photoshoot in LA yesterday, but it looks like his latest run-in with the law hasn't affected his gross habit. The good news is that he did address his legal issues and plead not guilty to his unlawful smoking charge. He'll have to wait until April 24 to hear the verdict, and supposedly could serve a maximum sentence of six months in jail in addition to a $1,000 fine.

Lindsay Lohan landed a new movie role this week, and apparently she's ready to buckle down and get serious this time. According to one producer, LL has promised to be on her best behavior, to arrive to the set on time, and to put all other projects on hold while filming The Other Side. Britney's Visitation Rights Suspended
Just when things with Britney were looking slightly more stable, she has lost her visitation rights with Sean Preston and Jayden James. TMZ is reporting that at yesterday's surprise custody hearing Britney Spears' visitation rights were suspended. The hearing was requested by Kevin's lawyer after Britney apparently failed to complete some of the court ordered requirements.
Nicole Still Insisting On Teetering In The Loubs
Nicole is moving right along in her pregnancy (uh, duh), but is still up for a little international travel. She was quite the trooper buckling up for the plane right from LA to a weekend in Hawaii and then off to Sydney to accompany Joel on a short Australian tour. I just hope she took off those Loubs to relax a bit on the plane — beautiful kicks, but barely the optimal travel shoe.
