Megan Joins Fashionistas Cate and Marion For Couture in Paris
Marion Cotillard kicked off Fall 2009 Haute Couture week in Paris yesterday at the Christian Dior show — get her beautiful makeup look here. She skipped out on today's Giorgio Armani Prive presentation, which brought out Megan Fox and longtime fan of the line Cate Blanchett. Megan headed to France from LA just yesterday amid her verbal sparring with Transformers director Michael Bay, who apparently had her audition for the role by washing his Ferrari.
Cate and Her Boys Play Around in Perth
Cate Blanchett had her almost one-year-old son Ignatius riding in his Baby Bjorn as they picked up lunch in Perth, Australia on Friday with her middle son Roman. She and her family have been away from their Sydney home and in the western part of their country for the past few weeks touring with War of the Roses, a play she stars in and produced along with her husband Andrew. Cate's been out of the Hollywood limelight for a bit, though that'll soon change when production of her upcoming Nottingham begins.
Cate and Her Boys Make a Party of Five at the Park
Cate Blanchett and her husband Andrew spent their Sunday afternoon at a Sydney park with their three sons. Her oldest boys, Roman and Dashiell, showed their baby brother Ignatius the ways of the swing set before they all headed off for an outdoor lunch. Cate has spent most of award season down under with her family, but maybe she'll join her Benjamin Button castmates to see if they take home any of the 13 awards the movie is up for at the Oscars.

Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett came out to premiere The Curious Case of Benjamin Button in LA last night. While they were the stars on the big screen, Angelina Jolie was the one who lit up the evening with her big smile, happily supporting Brad. She playfully hid behind a poster joking around with Brad's costars.
Cate, Rachel, and Solange Mix With Ferragamo and Armani
Milan Fashion Week continued yesterday, with Cate Blanchett, Rachel Zoe, and Solange Knowles serving as a few of the stars who made the long trip to Italy for the big event. Cate showed the love for her old friend Giorgio Armani, along with Solange who was looking a lot more toned-down then her usual red carpet fare. Rachel Zoe proved the work of a stylist is never done — especially now that she's got a TV show to promote — as she checked out the runway at the Ferragamo show.
Indiana Jones Swings Into Cannes!
[Cue Indiana Jones theme Song] Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull had its big Cannes premiere last night and it wasn't only the movie's stars clamoring to see the much-anticipated film. Harrison Ford was the man of the hour alongside George Lucas and Steven Spielberg, but looked happiest next to Calista in beautiful blue. Shia got all gussied up and dare I say looked a little overwhelmed with Cate Blanchett at such a huge event.
The Cannes Film Festival Is Off and Running
The fun times in Cannes kicked off today, and there was no shortage of star power out on the red carpet for the opening premiere of Blindness. Co-stars Cate Blanchett and Gael Garcia Bernal led the pack, and Eva Longoria and Mischa Barton were just a couple of the lovely ladies who lit up the red carpet in their brightly colored dresses. Natalie Portman looked adorable as always in her little purple number, representing the festival's jury along with Sean Penn.
Sugar Bits — Dr. Phil Gets Himself Into More Trouble
- Dr. Phil is in hot water again after a production assistant on his show posted bail for one of the teenage girls accused of filming an assault on a classmate. Apparently Phil hoped that by loaning her bond money, he could secure an exclusive interview.
It's Another Boy for Cate Blanchett
Cate Blanchett and her husband Andrew Upton welcomed their third son, Ignatius Martin, on Sunday in Sydney. The news was first reported by the Australian Who Magazine, which also wrote that both mother and baby are doing great. Congratulations to the happy and growing family!
Winners (and Non) Raise a Glass at the Governors Ball
Whether they won or lost last night, the nominees got together after the Awards for the Governors ball. George and Sarah stuck to water while he made the rounds introducing her to everyone. He was also happy to point out to everyone how good she looked (though you might not agree) and offered to carry her when she commented about her dress being too heavy.
