Katie and the Women of Hollywood Celebrate With Elle

The Elle Women in Hollywood Awards brought out some of the town's biggest names last night. The ceremony was held to coincide with the magazine's similarly themed upcoming issue, and cover girl Katie Holmes hit the cream carpet to show her support. Apparently Suri helped Katie select her all-black outfit, and the proud mom even opened up about their adventures in Boston. Katie commented that, "She loves clothes and picks out her own. . . . She loves running and she loves dancing." Cat Deeley and Robin Wright also opted for dark dresses, while Renee Zellweger, Diane Kruger, and Emily Blunt lightened things up a bit.

Emily Blunt and John Krasinski made another appearance together after their weekend trip to the Mill Valley Film Festival, as the happy engaged couple gets more comfortable stepping out side by side. She said a few words onstage before posing for photos with the evening's host, Alec Baldwin. Renee Zellweger flashed a big smile, perhaps due to her romantic few days in Vancouver with Bradley Cooper. Robin Wright mingled with Benicio del Toro, as the ladies got together to enjoy fun company and champagne.

Ed, Bar, and Kellan Are Young and Award-Worthy in Hollywood

The next generation of entertainers hit the red carpet in LA last night at the Young Hollywood Awards. There were plenty of statues to go around at the star-studded ceremony, with Ed Westwick, Emile Hirsch, AnnaLynne McCord, and Adam Lambert taking home honors. Adam found time to show off his vampire moves with Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke, while Bar Refaeli and Kellan Lutz made the rounds together. The celebs hit a gifting suite and posed for photos backstage then celebrated their wins at an afterparty with DJ AM.

Twilight Calls Robert and Kristen to Paris

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart moved Twilight to Paris to pose for yet another photo call yesterday. The promotional tour keeps on kicking but their large fan base is already huge, as this cast has taken a commanding lead as your choice for sexiest group of 2008. Last night the costars kept their wardrobes dark and neutral, but they have plenty of things to smile bright about. While there are constant rumors about the duo's offscreen chemistry, it's the on-screen love that is taking the world by storm. The film took second place at the box office again, and though their director has dropped out of the sequel, most of you think it won't hurt the series.

Robert, Kristen, and Taylor Greet Madrid, Hardwicke Talks Off-Screen Romance

Kristen Stewart traded in one cute dress for another today in Madrid, showing off a slightly see through - look at that back panel, sassy! - Balenciaga number paired with black booties at the fan event. What do you think of this dress - love it or leave it? She was joined once again by Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, and New Moon's director Christopher Weitz who greeted fans, signed autographs, and waved to the crowds. While everyone is watching Kristen and Rob's every move during their promotional tour overseas, their Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke is talking about their real-life romance. She told Time,

"After I cast him, I told Rob, Don't even think about having a romance with her. She's under 18. You will be arrested. I didn't have a camera in the hotel room. I cannot say, but in terms of what Kristen told me directly, it didn't happen on the first movie. Nothing crossed the line while on the first film. I think it took a long time for Kristen to realize, OK, I've got to give this a go and really try to be with this person."

Meanwhile, fans are already lining up for Monday's premiere in LA while Robert, Kristen, and the rest of the cast have a long eight days before the movie finally hits theaters.

Robert Pattinson Smolders on AnOther Magazine Cover

Robert Pattinson looks hot in black and white on the upcoming cover of AnOther Man magazine. He's been busy working and socializing with the cast of Eclipse recently, but Robert sat down to chat with the magazine in advance of New Moon's release on Nov. 20. Robert fittingly opened up about his career, his future as an actor, and his introduction to Twilight in the issue, which hits newsstands in the UK on Thursday. Here's more:

On finding out about the whole Twilight craze: "It’s strange because even though the figures show that the books were successful and sold millions of copies, you couldn’t even buy them in London. I tried a couple of bookshops and they weren’t available. Hardly anyone I knew had read them apart from one girl, a friend of my sister. I had no idea at all. I’d seen Kristen Stewart in Into the Wild and some of the director Catherine Hardwicke’s other films, and that’s all I thought it was, something really small."
On seeking out new challenges in Hollywood: "Annoyingly, there are so few parts I feel I can add anything to, or that I want to do."
On acting: "I don’t want to be an actor for the sake of it. I don’t find any particular pleasure in being an attention-seeker."

Leonardo's Shutter Island Pushed Back as He Juggles Projects

Leonardo DiCaprio loosened up his collar on the Paris set of Inception Thursday, looking happy after his long week of work. He's focused on his current project, but Leo's also dealing with his future and past films - Shutter Island's release has been pushed back from October to next February. Also, his production company just signed Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke to get behind the camera on their upcoming The Girl With the Red Riding Hood. The remake of the classic story will also feature an angsty teenage love story, which sounds like familiar territory for Catherine.

Kellan Works Out Before Reporting to Set

Kellan Lutz was all in black yesterday as he walked to his Vancouver hotel from the gym. While many of his fellow Eclipse costars are content to spend their downtime shopping, Kellan has been all about fitness when he has a free moment, which has helped him out in our Hottest Shirtless Guy contest! He's also been accumulating frequent flier miles with his weekend trips out of Canada, and the coming one will be no different. He and Ashley Greene are expected to join director Catherine Hardwicke in New Jersey for the first of the Summit-sanctioned Twilight conventions, which many of you would be excited to attend.

Would You Attend a Twilight Convention?

We already heard about how much fun Twi-Con was from Peter Facinelli, and now more conventions are being planned for all over the country. Summit Entertainment announced they're hosting events that will include screenings, theme parties and panel discussions over the next three years at various locations.

Kellan Lutz, Ashley Greene and Catherine Hardwicke have already signed up to speak at the first event on August 28 in New Jersey, although no word yet if Robert Pattinson or Kristen Stewart will be in attendance. With so many opportunities to meet some of the Twilight cast, we want to know - would you attend a convention?
