Leighton Keeps Things Buttoned Up For Gossip Girl

Leighton Meester joined Chace Crawford, Blake Lively and Ed Westwick yesterday on the NYC set of Gossip Girl. Unlike her edgier performance look at Tuesday's American Eagle party, Leighton kept things prim and proper as she got into character as Blair Waldorf. You guys aren't quite sure what to make of Leighton's tendencies to strip down when she goes into musical mode, but she's not the only Upper East Sider who likes to show a bit of skin.

Chace and Taylor Film While Ed and Jessica Stay in Fashion

The cast of Gossip Girl spread out all over NYC yesterday. Taylor Momsen was dressed up to film alongside Chace Crawford, who was back on set after turning out to support Blake Lively at a screening of The Private Lives of Pippa Lee over the weekend. It was Ed Westwick's turn to get fancy last night, when he joined girlfriend Jessica Szohr at the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards. The ceremony tends to bring out fashion's heavy hitters, and Ed and Jess spent their evening celebrating Sophie Theallet's win among models and designers. Meanwhile, last night's WTF moment-filled episode featured the Lady Gaga cameo you were looking forward to, as well the usual gorgeous interiors, beauty, and fashion.

Blake and Robin Have the Stars of Nine Supporting Pippa Lee

The leading ladies of The Private Lives of Pippa Lee hit the red carpet in NYC on Saturday evening. Blake Lively didn't address rumors she's going into business with Victoria Beckham as she smiled for the cameras, while her boyfriend Penn Badgley mingled with fellow Gossip Girl actor Chace Crawford behind the scenes. Robin Wright Penn, meanwhile, showed off her new dark hairdo as she posed alongside Julianne Moore and Keanu Reeves. The film's writer and director, Rebecca Miller, brought along her husband Daniel Day-Lewis. He, in turn, was accompanied by a few of his costars in Nine, like Penelope Cruz and Marion Cotillard. Both films hit the box office in the coming weeks, but it looks like the two casts have nothing but support for each other.

Blake and Chace Get a Penny For Their Thoughts

Blake Lively and Chace Crawford took a coffee break between scenes on the set of Gossip Girl on Wednesday. Cutie Penny, who is only slightly bigger than Blake's Starbucks cup, snuggled up and got some love from mom. The costars have been spending a lot of time together on and off screen, grabbing lunch last week and attending the premiere of The Stepfather with the rest of the cast on Monday night. At the end of this week's episode, Serena and Nate were both alone after their Carter and Bree heartbreaks respectively, but in real life Blake is happy with Penn and Chace is never lacking for female attention.

Penn's Stepfather Brings Out a Very Gossip-y Crew

Penn Badgley had almost the whole cast of Gossip Girl out to support him at last night's premiere of his new movie, The Stepfather in NYC. Not only was his girlfriend Blake Lively out and looking sexy in leather pants, but Chace Crawford, Taylor Momsen, Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr all hit the red carpet. While they were taking in Penn's horror film moment, they were all on the small screen for an especially dramatic episode of their show - check out the top WTF moments of the night on Buzz. This season of Gossip Girl has been steamy from the start, but things are just heating up since there's a threesome to expect in a few weeks. We don't know who will participate in the ménage à trois, but if Serena and Nate happened to be two of the three it would be a blast from the past for GG romance.

Penn, Hilary, Chace & Jess Have Lots to Talk About on Set

Hilary Duff was back on the set of Gossip Girl this morning with costars Penn Badgley, Chace Crawford and Jessica Szohr. Duff's Olivia was a welcome new addition last night and managed to grab Dan's - and our - attention in her hot black and gold dress. We also couldn't help but be distracted by the amazing hotel room where Serena dealt with Tyra Banks's diva character. Tyra's cameo was a one time deal, but she was entertaining as she changed up her hairstyles throughout the episode. Gossip Girl is growing up this season and they're taking on some more mature plotlines - according to rumors, not only is Lady Gaga going to be making an appearance, but we'll be seeing a threesome during November sweeps though we don't yet know who will be participating.

Chase, Ed, and Jessica Eat Out While Taylor Clocks In on Set

The cast of Gossip Girl spent their weekend spread out in NYC as usual. Chace Crawford had lunch with his family on Sunday while elsewhere Ed Westwick was similarly incognito spending the day with his girlfriend Jessica Szohr. Do-worthy Ed also made his Californication cameo last night - ICYMI, check out a clip here. This morning, Taylor Momsen was all legs shooting a scene with a new cast member in the park. We haven't been seeing too much of Little J now that the focus has shifted to college life, and there are two new faces to add to all the drama tonight when Tyra Banks and Hilary Duff make their GG debuts.

Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr took a break from working on Gossip Girl Tuesday to spend the afternoon touring NYC with Ed's parents. Even though Ed's mom and dad were right there, he and a ripped jean shorts-wearing Jessica didn't feel the need to tone down their PDAs. They're clearly a couple who loves a good public makeout. Ed and Jess weren't on hand yesterday as their costars got back to work on season three, as Blake Lively, Chace Crawford and Leighton Meester got decked out to continue filming.

Chace and Jessica Keep Plugging Away on Gossip Girl

Leighton Meester and Blake Lively hit the red carpet at yesterday's Emmy Awards in LA, while Jessica Szohr was back in NYC where she laughed it up with Chace Crawford on the set of Gossip Girl this morning. The rest of the gang wasn't on set, but Jessica and Chace had enough wardrobe changes and scenes to keep everyone occupied. The kids from the Upper East Side will be back tonight with the second episode in the third season, with lots more drama sure to come from the whole college-bound crew.
