What Happened to Josh Hartnett?

The film might be called Children of Men, but the NY screening was more focused on the men themselves. Clive Owen looked dashing as always, and Josh Lucas we've loved ever since he stole Reese's heart in Sweet Home Alabama. But Josh Hartnett who used to be so hot seems to be trying something new with his hair (is it a comb-over?). Maybe he had on a hat or something but we think Josh could use some serious help. No wonder Scarlett was ready for someone new.

Charlize Isn't Plain While Getting Nude and Playing Beer Pong

Charlize Theron was perfectly on trend in her hot blue dress at the NY premiere of The Burning Plain last night. She's been looking fantastic promoting her film all over including a stop by Late Night with Jimmy Fallon where she beat him in a game of beer pong. She also talked to USA Today about how she thinks about her nude scenes, upcoming sequels and what she learned about relationships as she grew up. Here are highlights:

On nude scenes: "I'm not some exhibitionist. I think people think I just love walking around naked. When you start making it about yourself, you stand in the way of doing your job. I have to sit in an editing room with (director) Guillermo Arriaga and a bunch of execs, and if I had to sit there and think about myself and these men watching me, I think that would make me insecure. I'm just like every other girl out there. I would cringe."
On watching herself on screen: "There was a time in my life where I understood actors who said they don't like watching themselves. But when I made the mental switch that I was not watching myself and watching an actual character, that was the day I actually could look at things from a distance."
On her parents: "I looked at my parents and I was so judgmental, and you don't understand the struggles of what it is to be in a marriage and be committed and raise children and to be part of a family. Their marriage wasn't great. As a child, you see things very differently, and then I got older and I went, 'Wow, that's amazing.' You start going out with a couple of boys, and some of them aren't so nice. There's a lot more that plays into this whole relationship thing than you think."

Angelina Brings Her Goodwill and Smiles to Kenya

Angelina Jolie emerged over the weekend to continue her work as UN Goodwill Ambassador, this time with a trip to a Somalian refugee camp in Dadaab, Kenya, on Saturday. Her visit was scheduled to draw public attention to the area, where men, women, and children are living in horrible conditions. Angelina has been laying low with her family in France, but she keeps her philanthropic work a priority in her life with frequent trips to areas she feels need attention. While in Kenya she listened to people's stories throughout the day, and spoke out on their behalf to the media.

Cameron Wants Us to Know She's Not a Man-Hater

Before Cameron Diaz spent her long weekend frolicking around Hawaii in her bikini, she sat down for an interview with Parade magazine. The actress is promoting My Sister's Keeper and she shared her feelings on everything from her love life to growing older and grieving over her father's death. Here's more:

On men: "Men are wonderful. I don't think my feeling about that is ever going to change. I'm never going to feel differently about men. I'm not a man-hater. It's just not in my nature. I think guys are amazing. I love the dichotomy, the differences in men and women. I think it's wonderful. It keeps things interesting. "
On having kids: "I think that it’s normal for people to ask that, especially of someone my age, because it seems like the obvious thing: ‘Why haven’t you done it?’ It doesn’t bother me. It’s not the cross I bear. I’m not somebody who is going to declare either way if I’m absolutely going to or I’m absolutely not going to have children. I have no idea. I’m still young. I have an unbelievable life. In some ways, I have the life that I have because I don’t have children. I don’t think it’s a compromise to have children,” she adds. “I don’t think it’s a compromise not to. I think it’s just a different choice."
On her past relationships: "I think that what I’ve found, in my experience, is that you always find the person who you’re meant to be with at that time in your life. And what I’ve also found is that you have to move on from those people at certain times, because that’s the way it happens. For me personally, there’s nothing wrong with that. A lot of people find themselves trapped in something that they’ve outgrown and are unhappy. And they don’t know how to get out of it because they think that they’re supposed to make it happen."

On having ugly days: "Oh, sh- yeah. I have them. I don't declare myself as one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood. That's other people's label. I don't think that self-deprecation is healthy for people. I think you should have a healthy relationship with yourself. And so we all have our 'up' days and we all have our 'down' days. But I'm not going to walk through this world hating myself because somebody else doesn't think I'm pretty. All I can do is know how I feel about myself."
On getting older: "I don't have a problem with growing older. I really don't. I have no problem with it. It's wonderful. Thank God we get older because if we're not getting older, we're dead. This is a much better option, to be getting older. And if we're not going forward, then we're stagnant, and we're stuck. And I've been stuck before. And I don't like it. It's not fun."
On her father's death: "My father passed away while I was in the middle of filming. I took time off to do what I had to do with my family. And then I had to go back to work. How if affected my performance I can't tell you, but certainly my father's death will be a part of me forever, and I'm sure it's going to be a part of all of the roles that I play now. It's been a year since he died, and it's been an incredibly transformative year. It's just something that's going to be with me forever."

SJP Wants Us to Hear About Her Affection For Hugh

Sarah Jessica Parker was sporting a wig yesterday on the set of Did You Hear About the Morgans? in NYC. Lucky SJP is filming in her home city, which means she just might be available for those all-important school runs with James Wilkie. When she isn't with her son, she'll be hard at work with her costar Hugh Grant - and in a recent interview, she opened up about both guys and a little about herself. Here's more:

On her son, James Wilkie: "James always asks for five more minutes in bed – I have to drag him out at 7.30am. . . I don’t delegate that job of getting my son dressed and out of the door in the morning to anyone else unless I have to because I’m working. . . It’s not so much that I think I’m so incredibly interesting to be around, but I feel like I would lose out and be worse off if I didn’t do it. I’m not saying my son wakes up in the morning and is inspired by me, it’s just that I love being his mother. Children are so cute and talkative when you get them out of bed, vulnerable blabbermouths, but when they get older they talk less. As the days fly past, it’s only going to be a few more years that he likes me. Maybe he’ll always love me, but he might not always want to be around me – he might not always like me. He’s borderline embarrassed by me already, so…"
On her self-confidence: "I don’t spend a lot of time thinking about what to change. There are things we all have that we would like to work on, and I have a list of things that I could do better in my life. But as for the physical attributes, or lack of, I think a lot about how to be a better person instead. Better wife, better mother, better friend. Those I work on."
On Hugh Grant: "I think Englishmen live up to all the ideals and Hugh is a perfect example. He’s a definition for all of us less well-travelled Americans of the classic literary and cinematic Englishman – witty and brainy. There’s nothing smarter and sexier and more interesting than a brain, and I’m very excited about working with him.
