Sarah Jessica Parker and Cynthia Nixon spent their Friday hard at work on Sex and the City 2 in NYC. Lucky for SJP, production on the film is taking place near her West Village home — making her commute pretty easy as a working mom. Her daughters Marion and Tabitha even made an appearance on Sunday, as the Summer headline babies took a walk with their nanny around the neighborhood.
Sex and the City Carries On While SJP's Off Set
The NYC set of Sex and the City 2 was busy yesterday, though Sarah Jessica Parker had the day off. She was spotted leaving her house in the West Village, while Chris Noth kept right on working alongside a colorful Cynthia Nixon. She was joined by her on-screen family of David Eigenberg and young Joseph Pupo, who's growing up as Brady right before our eyes.

She kicked off the day solo on set, but soon was joined by her onscreen spouse Mr. Big — bringing back together a pair you guys can't wait to see! It's exciting to see SJP and Chris back as Carrie and Big, but there's still something missing until Charlotte, Miranda, and Samantha join in all their fashionable glory.

The last film saw Carrie and Mr. Big weather their fair share of drama, and now we can look forward to seeing their married life up on the big screen.
The GLAAD Awards Kick Off in NYC by Honoring Tyra
The annual series of nationwide GLAAD media award ceremonies kicked off this weekend in NYC. Vanessa Williams and her pregnant Ugly Betty costar Ana Ortiz were two of the attendees, while Tyra Banks received the Excellence in Media Award for her efforts to increase "visibility and understanding of the gay and lesbian community." Chris Noth was ready for his Hawaiian vacation wearing a goofy shirt and hat as he arrived in Maui with his family on Thursday. He made funny faces and kept a watchful eye over baby Orion, who practiced crawling in the grass. As he enjoys his time off, Chris's Sex and the City costars are already creating buzz about a possible sequel.

The gorgeous women of Sex and the City followed their pink carpet premiere with a star-studded after-party at NYC's MoMa last night. The fab foursome continued to pose together (do you think SJP looked better than LL in that Nina Ricci dress?) as Mario Cantone had fun with some sailors and Jennifer Hudson showed off her second dress of the evening. Even though the night was mostly about the ladies, SJP was accompanied by her proud husband Matthew Broderick, while Candace Bushnell and Anna Wintour brought their men, Charles Askegaard and Shelby Bryan.
