Her outfit almost made her blend in with the movie poster, but the full hairstyle helped Mischa stand out - find out how to re-create loose curls here. The starlet had plenty to say as she gushed about the film, but it seems like Little Miss wholesome and innocent photo op was mostly interested in talking about how comfortable she was with the nude scenes.

Mischa Barton brought her goldilocks overseas to premiere Closing the Ring in Barcelona last night. She was accompanied by the film's director, Richard Attenborough, who clearly loves his starlet - aw, she's a good sport though. By Barton standards, she looks pretty great here, especially in comparison to her recent boyfriend hippie thing and sideboob dog shopping. This movie still has no US release date, so I guess we'll just wait for DVD?

Mischa Barton looked, sigh, pretty ridiculous at the red carpet premiere of her new movie Closing the Ring in Belfast last night. Bella wants to know, what do you think about her blonder again locks? The film has a UK release date of Dec. 28, but nothing stateside as of yet. Ergh, let's hope the rest of her upcoming movies fare better than this one. At least she seems happy with her career options these days. I'll always root for my little OCers, but I do wish Mischa would lose the cowgirl shirt. It may be better than her high-heeled Keds, but at least she was paid to wear those.

Carey Mulligan Goes For a Solo Stroll With Her Sparkling Ring

Carey Mulligan took a solo stroll through a London park yesterday afternoon. She was decked out in an all-black ensemble, though her new wedding ring added a touch of sparkle. Carey married Marcus Mumford in late April and the newlyweds made their first public appearance together at the Met Gala in NYC. Carey wore a metallic Prada dress for the occasion and the custom creation is now being auctioned off on eBay. The proceeds will go to benefit Oxfam America and while the price is currently at $2,125, there are still three days left before bidding closes. Carey and Marcus were back in the spotlight last week when they attended the ARK Gala dinner at Kensington Palace.

The annual Met Gala in NYC on Monday night didn't disappoint, with famous faces from the big and small screens, the music industry, and the fashion world all stepping out in their finest. Carey Mulligan, one of the evening's hosts, showed up in a metallic Prada frock in honor of the exhibit, Schiaparelli and Prada: Impossible Conversations. Diane Kruger also chose a gown by Prada, as did Gwyneth Paltrow. Gwyneth was one of many ladies who went short for the fashionable soiree, along with Kristen Stewart in Balenciaga and Emma Stone in a leg-baring red Lanvin.

Color was also a trend, with January Jones choosing a strapless yellow Versace and Emily Blunt in coral Calvin Klein. Emily brought her husband John Krasinski to the bash, but she wasn't the only one with her man by her side. Julianne Hough posed in Carolina Herrera with Ryan Seacrest close by, and Gisele Bundchen showed PDA with Tom Brady on her way into the event. Claire Danes, who stunned in a sexy white J. Mendel, cozied up to her husband Hugh Dancy for the affair, and Jessica Biel wore ankle-length Prada on the arm of fiancé Justin Timberlake, with her huge engagement ring on display.

Beyoncé Knowles made a grand entrance in a lace Givenchy with a flowing train of indigo feathers, while Diane Kruger followed suit in a bright purple Prada. Vampire Diaries' Nina Dobrev went sexy in a black and gold Donna Karan, Rihanna showed skin in Tom Ford, and Cameron Diaz went with a backless Stella McCartney.

You’ve said yes, slipped on the ring, and called your family and best friends to share the news. But come Monday morning, it’s time to tell the people you spend 40-plus hours a week with about your newly-engaged status.

Sharing the news with your closest work buddies is a no-brainer; they’ll be excited for you, and may even be invited to the wedding. But even co-workers you’re not close to will need to know at least the bare minimum about your impending nuptials. Getting married involves taking time off, leaving during the day for fittings and appointments, and often changing your name and address - all developments your co-workers and boss should be aware of.

The size of your office: In a smaller office, it’s important that you fill everyone in on your news right away. If you only work with 10 people, and two of them find out a day later than everyone else, count on some hurt feelings.
Your work environment: Is your office a small, tightly knit group that you regularly have drinks with after hours? Or a more formal, professional team that rarely discusses personal info? Let the vibe at work determine how you decide to announce your news.
Any not-yet-engaged gals on your team: You shouldn’t pretend your engagement is no biggie just because your co-worker’s BF hasn’t popped the question yet. But if she’s been complaining for months about wishing he would just DO it already, you’ll want to be sensitive - make sure your excitement doesn’t turn into gloating or smugness.
The length of your engagement: If you’re in for a quick engagement and your wedding date is already fast approaching, you’ll need to let your co-workers know ASAP. If your big day is a year or two away, it may be OK to take your time filling in more peripheral co-workers.
