Robert and Kristen Arrive in LA, Taylor on Conan and Ashley Stops by Letterman!
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart arrived back in California together yesterday, though they were careful to stay a few steps apart as they made their way through LAX. While they were traveling, Taylor Lautner shared his grape catching skills and thoughts on shiftlessness with Conan O'Brien. Ashley Greene also had a short chat with David Letterman.
John, Mariah and Bill Save the Music
VH1's Save The Music rocked NYC last night at a gala in honor of the organization's 10th Anniversary. Musicians such as (a suuuuuper bronzed) John Mayer and Bon Jovi performed on stage with a 60 piece orchestra comprised of STM students from all over the country. Tim Gunn held a charity auction while Conan O'Brien hosted the event.
Late Night Returns but the Globes Might Be a No Go
Conan O'Brien was almost unrecognizable sporting his strike beard in NYC yesterday. We've been missing Conan and our other late-night hosts, but luckily they'll be able to shave those faces for the cameras once again very soon. Both Conan and Jay Leno will be back on January 2, fending for themselves assuming that their writing teams will still be on strike.
Sugar Bits — New Contract Presented to Striking Writers
- The studios offered the striking writers a new contract that promises increased earnings when work is viewed online. The writers took the "New Economic Partnership" contract to mull over until talks resume on Tuesday. It sounds like they are at least taking steps in a more fair direction, right?
Sarah Jessica Parker Is Smart in the City
Sarah Jessica Parker skipped the party dress for her visit to the Late Show With Conan O'Brien in NYC last night, but she still looked flawless in her gorgeous makeup and killer pink pumps. She's making the rounds for her new film Smart People, where she got to take a break from the usual super-girly-girl roles we're used to seeing her in, and got to play doctor for a change. The movie hits theaters today, and even though it's not getting rave reviews, we still have Sex and the City to look forward to.
Sugar Bits — Kiefer Sutherland Released From Jail
