Penn's Stepfather Brings Out a Very Gossip-y Crew

Penn Badgley had almost the whole cast of Gossip Girl out to support him at last night's premiere of his new movie, The Stepfather in NYC. Not only was his girlfriend Blake Lively out and looking sexy in leather pants, but Chace Crawford, Taylor Momsen, Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr all hit the red carpet. While they were taking in Penn's horror film moment, they were all on the small screen for an especially dramatic episode of their show - check out the top WTF moments of the night on Buzz. The Lily-Rufus wedding day meant tons of gorgeous gowns - get the looks here - as well as the usual fashion, decor, beauty and gadgets that make up the show we love.

Ed and Jessica Tour the Town While the Gossip Continues

Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr took a break from working on Gossip Girl Tuesday to spend the afternoon touring NYC with Ed's parents. Even though Ed's mom and dad were right there, he and a ripped jean shorts-wearing Jessica didn't feel the need to tone down their PDAs. They're clearly a couple who loves a good public makeout. Ed and Jess weren't on hand yesterday as their costars got back to work on season three, as Blake Lively, Chace Crawford and Leighton Meester got decked out to continue filming.

Ashlee and the Gossip Girl Cast Keep the Party Going

The stars of the CW were out and about in NYC yesterday following their afternoon at the network's upfronts. Ed Westwick, Jessica Szohr and Chace Crawford strolled around the city before getting dressed up for the after-party at the Rose Bar with their Gossip Girl cast-mates Blake Lively, Penn Badgley and Taylor Momsen. Melrose Place's Ashlee Simpson also attended the bash, and she brought Pete along after their fun family afternoon with Bronx. Prior to the evening celebrations, the GG gang opened up about what we can expect to see when their show returns in the Fall. Here's more:

Blake on Chuck and Blair: "Chuck and Blair are finally together, but yet Georgina is back to screw up her life with that major vendetta."
Leighton on next season: "A few other people are going to college. . . I don't know if they're going to stay."
Penn on Dan's letting Nate date Jenny: "He should. Nate's a solid dude. . . I personally think that Dan should relax. Dan is too uptight."

Taylor and Leighton Keep Warm and Friendly Filming GG

Leighton Meester chatted on her phone still wearing her glasses while Taylor Momsen greeted some young fans between takes filming Gossip Girl in Brooklyn yesterday. Chace and Jessica also braved the cold in many layers. On this week's episode, the biggest treat was getting to see Leighton act with her real life boyfriend Sebastian Stan who sidled up to her at the bar - the up and coming actor could also be seen starring in NBC's new drama Kings. While we welcomed back our guilty pleasure and enjoyed all the enviable fashion, hopefully, the show is back to form next week after tying up some loose ends.

Penn Calls Dan Humphrey "His Own Worst Enemy"

The Gossip Girl cast got bundled up and took over Manhattan for another day of filming yesterday. On last night's episode we got to see Jenny and Dan each play out their passions in very different ways, while Chuck and Blair worked on issues with their respective parents at home. Serena stuck by her phone as the usual fashion and beauty kept us captivated. At last week's Juicy event Penn Badgley talked about Dan and the upcoming TV death we've been hearing about. Here's more:

On what he doesn't like about Dan: "Dan has a lot going for him but he’s his own worst enemy. And I think I’m frustrated a lot of times with how judgmental he is and how rigid he is in his morals. The guy needs to loosen up. He needs to loosen the eff up. "
On his favorite part of playing Dan: "Oh God, I have to think about that one. Maybe the jeans. He has great jeans."

On what character dies: "Somebody does die. It’s a person. It’s not an animal. Are there any animals in this show? No, I guess not, so no. I can’t say anything."

Chuck Bass Gets Exposed For His Womanizing Ways

Taylor Momsen got to spend the day with the guys on the set of Gossip Girl on Thursday, though she shared the boys' attention with a crowd of female fans lining up for photos. We don't need any extra encouragement to keep tuning in on Monday nights, but the CW got us even more excited by using Britney in its newest Gossip Girl promo all about the wonder that is Chuck Bass. As always, the ad focuses on the risqué, but "Womanizer" just might be the perfect Chuck anthem.

Everyone's favorite Gossip kids are hard at work on their home turf of Manhattan, but are soon departing to warmer climates. Yes, Chuck Bass is going to have to pack up that fancy blue suit of his, climb on a plane with his costars and trek to LA this weeked for the Paley Festival and Buzz is going to be there to see them! Don't forget to let her know if you have any questions for Blake, Leighton, Penn, Josh Schwartz or any of the other cast members of the show - I can't wait to hear what they all have to say. I'm sure all the kids will get into some fun (or trouble) while in Cali for the weekend, but before long they'll be back to their adoring NYC fans.

Paris Parties With Benij and Can Still Rock the Vote

Paris has been making the rounds for her new BFF show in NYC, but there are plenty of parties to hit between interviews. Last night she and Benji celebrated the grand opening of Haven nightclub before she headed to The View this morning. Paris may have moved on since her stint in jail last year, but Joy couldn't help bringing it up when she thought a criminal record would prevent Paris from voting in the upcoming presidential election. Paris was quick to set the record straight and hopefully her participation in the election will go further than nominating herself for candidacy.

All our favorite stars of Gossip Girl came out together last night for the CW upfront presentation. From the future of our favorite guilty pleasures to the first peek at the new cast of 90210 - check out all the news here. Side note, he's Chuck Bass. Afterwards, the new style icons made their way over to the Entertainment Weekly/Vavoom bash to meet up with some of our fellow TV all-stars like Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Sara Ramirez. After Monday night, I'm sure the GG kids were used to having the finale pried out of them, but such is the life nearing the end of season one of their fame.

Gossip Kids Get Swag-y While 90210 Rejoins Teen Scene

Our favorite Gossip Girls and boys gathered in NYC today to score some swag at the Sex and the City by HBO shop and Lucky Club before their big upfronts event tonight. I'm sure they were swarmed with questions about last night's episode that beyond showing off the usual gadget, enviable fashion and beauty fun, involved a whole lot of plot crammed into an hour of television. Lori Loughlin was getting into the swing of things too celebrating yet another return to TV on the 90210 spinoff. Plus, sounds like Donna Martin may be joining Kelly Taylor back in those halls.
