Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin RIP

Steve Irwin, otherwise known as the Crocodile Hunter, was killed today when a stringray barb caught him in the chest. Shocking news for the holiday weekend. We were thinking it would be a secret wedding, but instead we came home to hear this sad news. The 44 year old was filming a documentary when the incident occurred. He leaves behind his wife and 2 kids. Our thoughts are with his friends and family. Click here for more.

5000 people showed up to say goodbye to their favorite crocodile hunter in Australia today at the public memorial. Russell Crowe and the Prime Minister were among speakers, but the best speech came from Steve's little girl Bindi. Only one seat was empty in the crowd, and that was the one set aside for Steve. - AP
