Pete and Ashlee Do a Bronx Care Swap While Ash Is NY Bound
Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz haven't been able to spend too much time in the same place this Summer, and their paths crossed briefly this week for a quick date night in LA on Tuesday. It was Ashlee's turn to head out yesterday as she flew from LAX to NYC while Pete was at Dodger Stadium throwing out the first pitch. They still send each other sweet messages over Twitter, but there's nothing like having some real family time with baby Bronx.

It was exciting enough to finally see Robert Pattinson arriving on the set of Eclipse yesterday in Vancouver, but even better — a few hours later he stepped out of his trailer as Edward Cullen! It's only been a few months since they wrapped up work on New Moon, but it already feels like forever since the Twilight star was all made up as a vampire in love. Hugh's hosting duties and performances landed him in our top 10 favorite Oscar moments list, and on her show yesterday, Oprah Winfrey said it was the best Oscars she's ever seen. The viewers seem to agree — ratings were up 13 percent from last year's show.
Eva Longoria Supports Her Friends and Helps Fight Cancer
Eva Longoria was a busy girl, bouncing from one event to another in LA over the weekend. On Saturday she accepted a $200,000 donation from AT&T benefiting PADRES, an organization she's involved in that helps Hispanic families fighting against cancer. Yesterday she joined her Desperate Housewives costars to support Felicity Huffman's new film, Phoebe in Wonderland.

New York Fashion Week wrapped up last Friday, but the shows continued in London over the weekend. Kanye West and his girl Amber Rose crossed the ocean to observe things from the front row, starting with Vivienne Westwood's Red Label on Saturday and Richard Nicoll on Sunday.
