Dana Delany Says Botox Gave Her a Droopy Eye

In this month's Prevention magazine, actress Dana Delany made an excellent point about why it's important to get a good doctor or esthetician for any cosmetic procedure. Seven years ago, Dana's dermatologist injected Botox into the wrong spot on her forehead and injured a nerve above her right eye.

Now, she says, "my eye has started to droop a little bit . . . I notice it more than anybody else, but I was symmetrical before and now I am not." The issue with Dana wasn't the botulinum, it was the man injecting it, and she points out that "something nobody ever talks about is doctor error." Besides asking for proof of board certification (and researching the doctor's track record), what other questions do you think are important to ask before getting a cosmetic service?

Matthew, Elisha, and Joanna Make ABC Happy, Better, and Full of Sunshiney Stars

Sunday was ABC's turn to bring out their new crop of shows at the TCA in Beverly Hills. Matthew Perry's midseason comedy Mr. Sunshine was one of the first of the day and although it's not planned to premiere until midseason it's one of the most anticipated series - Matthew was hilarious on stage and artfully answered any prying questions about his Friends costars. Perhaps the most talked-about panel was for My Generation, which brought out its extremely attractive cast including Jaime King. The afternoon was time for comedies like Better With You starring adorable Joanna Garcia. She and her onscreen sister Jennifer Finnigan have been friends for years, in fact, Joanna was there when Jennifer met her husband. Joanna joked about planning a wedding in real life and on TV - stay tuned for our exclusive one-on-one interview! Scarlett and Courteney Are Lovely Directors With Short Films

Scarlett Johansson and Courteney Cox hit the red carpet together at the Opening Night of LA Shorts Fest '09 in Hollywood yesterday evening. The women brought the short films they each directed and chatted about what it was like to take a turn behind the camera for a change. Scarlett loved making her short, The Vagabond's Shoes, and wants to do more, saying, "It was exciting to be on that side of the camera. I'm hoping it will lead to a feature. I really got to work with the best of the best but in a really short and sweet kind of way. It was the perfect first taste." Courtney first debuted her movie The Monday Before Thanksgiving in front of loved ones like Jennifer Aniston back in October. Last night she talked about getting advice from her friend David Fincher and honing her new skill, "I would love to direct more, it's perfect for my personality. I just like doing it, I think it's great."

Desperate Housewives on Set With Their Cell Phones

Looks like someone is certainly going to the chapel on the upcoming season of Desperate Housewives! Will it be Susan or Katherine?!

Between takes on set this week, Teri Hatcher, and Dana Delany were spotted killing time with each other and their cell phones - Teri with a BlackBerry Bold and Dana with a white iPhone 3GS. Now I've already managed to track Katherine's tech habits on the show (she's the one with the Centro smartphone and Bluetooth headset) and I've managed to catch Susan getting pulled over for not going hands-free, but it's refreshing to see them off camera as well with their favorite handsets!

Celebrities Get Happy and Bikini-Clad For GLAAD Awards

The GLAAD Media Awards came to LA on Saturday night with another star-studded red carpet. Kathy Griffin couldn't help but show off her "banging bikini bod" yet again when she took the stage to accept her award. Ellen DeGeneres also took home a statue and looked fantastic with Portia De Rossi as they took a moment to talk about their love. Jessica Alba shimmered and smiled brightly while presenting an award and the women of Wisteria Lane supported Marc Cherry when Desperate Housewives won best TV comedy series. Next up, the GLAAD awards hit San Francisco on May 9.

Eva walked around her party chatting with friends like Heidi Klum and smiling with BFF Mario Lopez and Hayden Panettiere. The fire on Desperate Housewives was put out this week, but the cast heated up the night to support Gaby.

Stars Support the HFPA

Aaron Eckhart took a break from all of his superhero red carpets to join other celebrities at the Hollywood Foreign Press Association's annual installation luncheon at the Beverly Hills Hotel. The HFPA gave out over $750, 000 in grant money to non-profit organizations and film schools at the event yesterday. Dakota Fanning looked sweet in her short blue dress and Rosario Dawson lightened up the room with her gorgeous smile posing with Mad Men's Jon Hamm. Who knows, maybe one day the kids on the receiving end of the support will be big Hollywood stars too.

ABC All Stars Pose Hands-on-Hips and Party the Night Away

After spending a long day sitting on panels and fielding questions at the TCAs, the ABC and Disney stars got dressed up and hit the red carpet last night. Despite moving filming to NYC, the Ugly Betty beauties like Becki Newton (get her look here) were representing, even with no America Ferrera. Mixing our medical shows, Kate Walsh hung all over Scrubs creator Bill Lawrence celebrating life back on ABC. Nick Lachey didn't have Vanessa on his arm but looked handsome out promoting his High School Musical reality show.
