accept their awards, the night's big winners — and some of the exciting presenters — walked backstage to pose for photos and talk to the press. Jennifer Aniston and Sarah Jessica Parker skipped the interview aspect of things instead posing pretty in front of the big gold men before running off to the after parties. The big award winners were still glowing from their wins when they stepped in front of the mics to talk about what brought them there.

Penelope definatly thanked Woody Allen. I remember she said tahnk you to him for creating such wonderful roles for women over the years.
1What I want to know is why she did not mention Javier? Did they break up?

2Yeah she thanked Woody in her speech!!
3she and javier keep their relationship VERY separate. they are still together based on the last that i heard, however they don't like to talk about each other to the media, or be seen on the red carpet together so that they can keep everything more personal.

5Awwwwwwww I do wish a picture of Heath's family holding his award was right where Aniston is placed...because after all she didn't win anything. However all the winners deserved their awards and I liked their speeches.

7Yeah, I remember her thanking Woody for creating such great roles for women. Get it right Pop Sugar! Anyway, I'm really glad she won. I remember when I first watched Vicky Christina, I knew instantly that she should win an award for the role. I always feel her work in Spanish is much stronger than her work in English.

15I get that this site adores Jennifer Aniston, but you do her a disservice to put her on a pedestal she hasn't earned. You make her look like a person in the Make-A-Wish program to put her in the category of Oscar winners when she can't act. It's not helping her I don't suppose.
16Seriously, where are the other Oscar nominees? Molly you need some diversity in your posts. There was more than Cuba at the damn Oscars. I tried to ignore your antics but it's giving me flashbacks from the 80's.

19I have to agree with PensaGrey. While I'm new to PopSugar, it's become clear to me this site is on Team Aniston. Nothing against her, but why post a picture of her? How about the biggest winner of the night - Slumdog Millionaire? I've bee a long-time fan of Danny Boyle and his award was well deserved. Or maybe even Hugh Jackman? I was skeptical at first, but think he did a good job. Bravo to Hugh!
20I don't know how posting a picture of Jen makes this site on Team Aniston. The first Oscar picture posted was of Brange (I think - at least one of the first).
21SJP is up there too and nobody mentioned that. These are the people who were backstage. So that's who's up there.
