There's been a media frenzy since David Letterman confession last week that he's had multiple affairs with his staffers and was involved in an alleged extortion plot against him. Last night after Dave publicly apologized to his wife, Craig Ferguson addressed the news on The Late Late Show, joking that it's awkward for him to see his boss, who he admires, being caught in an "embarrassing situation." Stars like Chris Rock and Barbara Walters have been speaking out in Dave's defense and when the news broke most of you weren't even surprised. Now that it's been a few days and more details are coming to light about his indiscretions we want to know - does all of this make you feel differently about Letterman?

David Letterman made a fairly explosive admission on his show tonight. He came clean about affairs he had with female employees and a recent extortion plot to bring it all out into the open. He got the police involved and an arrest was made today of the man who tried to get $2 million from Dave to keep quiet. The segment is super awkward since it doesn't seem like the audience knows that he's being serious and he does crack jokes throughout. The whole thing seems a bit out of nowhere, but then again there's so much celebrity scandal these days it's getting harder to actually expect anyone famous is totally squeaky clean. Madonna Would Rather Be Hit by a Train Than Marry Again

Madonna arrived at The Late Show yesterday with a smile, waving to the crowd assembled outside of Ed Sullivan Theater in NYC. She joked with Dave about all of her exes, referring to her marriage to Guy Ritchie as "the Bush years" and teasing Letterman for his A-Rod and Palin's daughter bit that Madonna said almost got him "arrested." When Dave asked the singer if she'd ever remarry, she replied, "I think I'd rather get run over by a train," putting to rest the wedding rumors for her and Jesus Luz. Madonna was also a good sport about going to an NYC pizzeria for the first time, where she drank a martini and ate a slice in front of her excited fans. Check out the video below.

David Letterman Marries Longtime Sweetheart!

David Letterman married his girlfriend of over 10 years, Regina Lasko, last week in NYC according to Us Weekly. The ceremony took place last Thursday. The two have a son together, Harry, who is five years old. Guess it's a good time for older Hollywood bachelors to get remarried. Congrats to the newlyweds!
