Madonna's No. 1 on Her Birthday With Jesus and the Kids

Madonna kicked off her 51st birthday weekend with a show in Krakow, Poland on Friday where she was greeted with a serenade from fans as well as some angry protesters. The next day she brought her kids and Jesus Luz to Portofino for a hard-earned vacation. She has a few days off from her Sticky and Sweet tour, and last night she celebrated her big day properly with a candle-lit dinner at the town's Splendido Hotel. Madonna was up early this morning for a day on the water, taking a boat ride with Jesus, David and Mercy before a swim with Lourdes and Rocco. No stop in Portofino would be complete without a visit with Dolce and Gabbana, and after saying hello to the guys Madonna and her gang finally called it a day.

It's Madonna's Turn to Sightsee in Paris With Her Family

Madonna left London earlier this week and arrived at her hotel in Paris on Tuesday night. Lourdes, Rocco, Mercy and David joined her Wednesday, when they spent the afternoon sightseeing with their nannies. The big trip was for Madonna's show in the city last night, as she and her kids join the ranks of the pop star families currently traveling together in Europe. Not every country on Madonna's tour is as welcoming as France - people in Poland are staging protests because her concert there falls on a Catholic holiday in August.

Madonna Honors MJ With a Tribute in London

This weekend Madonna prayed with her family and Jesus Luz at the Kabbalah Center before taking the stage at the O2 arena for her Sticky & Sweet tour. Her concert included a tribute to Michael Jackson where she stood with her backup dancers cheering on an MJ impersonator that performed all his signature moves. Madonna shouted, "Let's give it up to one of the greatest artists the world has ever known!" - check out the video below. The singer was distraught when Michael passed away but is doing her part to preserve his memory and honor him on the same stage where he was scheduled to perform his comeback. Many fans will have the chance to pay their respects when his public memorial is held at the Staples Center.

Mercy's Father Speaks Out as Madonna's Appeal Begins

Madonna attended Kabbalah services on Saturday in NYC with Jesus Luz and her children ahead of her adoption appeal beginning today in Malawi. Unfortunately, more drama surrounds the proceedings - the man claiming to be Mercy's father filmed a three-part-interview with The Early Show in which he talks about wanting to take care of Mercy himself. He has never met Mercy, and Madonna's rep says no one's sure if he's actually her dad. Sounds like things are getting complicated for Madonna, but she's not one to shy away from a fight.

David Tells His Biological Father About Life With Madonna

Madonna confirmed today that she's in Malawi to adopt another child and has been working on the process for over a year. As she waits until Friday's ruling in her case, she brought her son David to see his biological father, Yohane Banda. It's the first time since David left Malawi in 2006 that he's seen his father, and afterward Yohane made a lengthy statement about seeing his son. He said:

"He asked me who I was. When I told him, 'I am your daddy,' he looked surprised. . . It's amazing how David has grown; I can't believe he is the same small and sickly baby we left at Home of Hope. He seems to be a polite boy for he asked if he could sit on my lap. Then he started playing with my nose; I don't know why. He is quite chatty and intelligent. He asked me lots of questions about lots of things. He asked me whether I ride horses. I told him horses are for the rich and he asked me why I am poor. He told me his mum likes riding horses and that he too rides horses. Then he told me a story when one day he and his brother, Rocco, rode horses and fell. He told me his mum spanked him because they are not supposed to ride horses on their own."

"He told me his mum plays music and asked me what I do for life. I told him I was a farmer. He asked what a farmer does and I explained to him that we use hoes to till the land. He told me his daddy, Mr Ritchie, took him to a farm but it had a tractor. I told him in Africa we use hoes. He seems to like his daddy, Mr Ritchie, so much that I was a little sad Madonna broke up with him. I would have loved it if they sorted out whatever problems they had instead of divorcing because divorce is bad for kids. I was very happy to meet David again. He reminds me of the two sons I lost in infancy. I sometimes shudder to think that David could also have met the same fate had Madonna not adopted him. I am really grateful to her for saving David from possible early death. She just greeted me and told me about David's school. She is a sweet lady."

Madonna Brings Jesus to Kabbalah

Jesus Luz wore a Yankees hat and a cross as he walked out of Kabbalah services on Saturday in NYC with Madonna and her three kids. Last night, though, it was just the two of them for a romantic night out as the snow fell. There were rumors that Madonna would be bringing him to the VF Oscar afterparty, but instead she seems happy to keep things more personal. Meanwhile, drama continues between Guy Ritchie and Madonna as the British media revealed his latest nickname for her. She has plenty to keep her distracted from those rumors, including possibly being involved with New Moon.

Madonna Gets the Kids and Jesus

Madonna and Guy Ritchie spent a lot of time praying at the Kabbalah center in NYC this weekend. They were spotted twice heading to the center among the news that Madonna has won custody of Rocco and David. The case is still being finalized but Madonna will be bringing the boys to NYC for school and they will divide their time between her and Guy. He will be able to watch them while she extends her tour this Summer. While all seems civil, Madonna likes to keep us guessing. As A-Rod's divorce became finalized this weekend, Madonna stepped out with her newer younger man, Jesus Luz. Her new boy toy was seen running errands and eating with Madonna, David and Lourdes who looks so grownup and stylish these days.

Newly Single Madonna Has Her Kids to Keep Her Company

Madonna was in NYC this weekend spending time with her kids and making trips to the Kabbalah center. Madonna and Guy Ritchie's preliminary divorce became official on Friday, and the singer apparently has turned to a number of outlets to keep her spirits up. She found familiar comfort meeting up with her ex-husband, Sean Penn, plus Madonna said she's using work as a distraction, performing in Atlantic City on Saturday. Her religion is also playing a big part, though there may be strain on her relationship with Alex Rodriguez already because he's reportedly skipping Kabbalah classes. Most importantly, Madonna has Lourdes, David and Rocco by her side so hopefully the rumors of a split custody agreement are true even if she has to pay a lot in child support to complete the settlement.

Madonna and Guy Keep Their Divorce Civil For the Kids

Guy Ritchie brought Rocco and David to the set of Sherlock Holmes in Liverpool earlier today. Madonna and Guy's divorce will be made official tomorrow after a month of ugly accusations from both sides, and it seems like everything is working out for their kids. Apparently the two will share custody of Rocco and David as the boys split their time between New York and London. Supposedly Guy didn't ask for any of Madonna's money because his priorities were on his sons. The settlement will not be disclosed to the public so we won't know the details, but it looks like the couple is moving on without drawing out the ugliness.

Guy and His Guys Have a Family Reunion

Guy Ritchie picked up David and Rocco at Gatwick Airport in London earlier today for their first reunion since Madonna and Guy announced their divorce. The boys have been right there on tour with their mom, and maybe now they'll get a glimpse at the set of Sherlock Holmes with dad. Meanwhile, rumor has it A-Rod is traveling with Madonna to South America for her tour and planning a trip to Malawi with her, which may mean more quality boy time for Guy, David, and Rocco.
