We always expect a laugh when Amy Poehler appears on a late-night talk show, but last night she was exceptionally funny. While appearing on the Late Show with David Letterman to promote the season premiere of Parks and Recreation, the working mama discussed life with her two boys - Archie, 3, and Abel, 1 - who she says are both rather large for their ages. She went on to describe her desire to carry them in a baby carrier when they were smaller, but explained that the process simply didn't work for her. Last night hot Shame star Michael Fassbender wasn't shy about his onscreen sex-capades during his interview with David Letterman. While his performance as a sex addict is darkly intense and serious, the Golden-Globe-nominated Irishman lightened the mood right off the bat with a joke about how "hard" it was to shoot full-frontal scenes. Michael also got into some of the details about shooting his convincing three-way sex scene in the film, answering Letterman's question about whether his costars were actresses or possibly ladies of the night. While Glee didn't take home the big prize as favorite network comedy at the People's Choice Awards last night, one of its stars gets a nod from us for being a gal who likes to play around with computers. Jennifer Lawrence made her first visit to Late Night With David Letterman in NYC last night. She arrived at the studio in a white coat and showing off her Katniss Everdeen hair, and she stepped out onto the stage in a gorgeous figure-hugging navy Altuzarra dress for the interview. Dave congratulated her on her Oscar nomination for Winter's Bone before touching on her childhood spent riding horses sans saddle, her role in X-Men: First Class, and taking on "lighter fare" such as the ultraviolent Hunger Games series. We got our first official look at Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss in this weeks EW, and soon she'll be back to training where she's working on everything from archery to tree climbing for her time in the arena.
