A very pregnant Tori Spelling was hard at work filming scenes with Dean for their reality show at the bike shop yesterday, but the big news is that she just signed on to reprise her role as Donna Martin for the Beverly Hills 90210 spinoff. She'll join Jennie Garth as one of the show's special guest stars in addition to the new cast of characters. An interesting assortment of celebrities headed to the Playboy mansion this weekend for the Much Love Animal Rescue Benefit. Hef himself was nowhere to be seen, but Haylie & Hilary Duff were there keeping up their philanthropic sides. Unfortunately it looks like Hilary left her two dogs at home, though that red carpet puppy is pretty adorable, too.
Tori Spelling Gives Birth to Baby Boy!!!
Tori Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott gave birth to a baby boy today in Los Angeles, just a week after opening the doors to their new B&B! It looks like her mother's attempts at reconciliation were just in time to meet her first grandson. The baby is named Liam Aaron McDermott, the middle name clearly in honor of Tori's deceased father Aaron Spelling.

A very pregnant Tori stopped by the Television Critic's Press Tour this week with husband Dean to promote their new reality show, Tori & Dean: Inn Love. The couple are expecting a boy at the end of March. They don't have a first name yet but have decided his middle name will be Aaron - in honor of Tori's dad.
