If you thought Jessica Alba's last Declare Yourself ad was intense, check out the newest image in the campaign. Taken by photographer David LaChapelle, the ad features Jessica wearing a Hannibal Lechter-esque device called "The Muzzler" to represent silencing yourself when you don't vote. The provocative photo is hard to look at, but will get people talking. So what do you think of Jessica Alba's new ad - scary or effective?

A whole slew of celebrities - Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Halle Berry, Jonah Hill, just to name a few of the group - recently got together to film this PSA for Declare Yourself. The ad premiered today, just in time for people to get that voter registration form submitted so they can vote in the upcoming election. While most of you are already registered pass the important message on to a friend. Hey, there are even a few laughs and it's fun to see all these famous faces together for a good cause.

Hayden Doesn't Care Who You Vote For, Just That You Do

Hayden Panettiere was back in activist mode last night to host a bash for Declare Yourself. The event brought out stars like Emily VanCamp, Zachary Quinto, and Danity Kane, but it looks like Jessica Alba and her slightly scary PSA skipped this one in favor of bikini time. Hayden took the stage to make a speech, though she was more low-key when asked who she'll be casting her ballot for on Nov. 5. She simply said, "I'm a Democrat, so . . . " The election is only a little more than a month away, but while we're waiting to change the world, we can watch Hayden's alter ego doing her part on Heroes, which is one of our 15 shows to watch now.

Jessica Hosts Her Own Obama-Rama

Jessica Alba went shopping in LA yesterday, changing up her outfits but keeping purple as her color scheme. Like many celebrities, the actress is heading over to DC for Obama's inauguration this weekend and hosting a Declare Yourself party on Sunday. Maroon 5 is performing and Samantha Ronson is expected to turn the tables for the night. Jessica created a lot of buzz with her intense ads during the election and was a big Obama supporter, so it's no surprise she wants to take part in welcoming our new president.

Jessica Alba Wants You to Declare Yourself

Jessica Alba had tears in her eyes and tape over her mouth as the dramatic poster child for Declare Yourself. Jessica's trying to encourage young people to speak up by registering to vote. So far she's been actively involved in the Presidential Election, endorsing Obama and heading to the DNC and about this ad campaign she said,

"I really don’t see the point in not registering to vote. We sign up for MySpace pages and Facebook pages, and download music off the internet. The least people can do is register to vote online, actually making a difference in their world, not just making their lives a little bit cooler. It makes more sense to spend your time making a change in society-and it actually doesn’t take that much time! It takes more time to make a music playlist than it does to register to vote."

Cameron Wants Us to Know She's Not a Man-Hater

Before Cameron Diaz spent her long weekend frolicking around Hawaii in her bikini, she sat down for an interview with Parade magazine. The actress is promoting My Sister's Keeper and she shared her feelings on everything from her love life to growing older and grieving over her father's death. Here's more:

On men: "Men are wonderful. I don't think my feeling about that is ever going to change. I'm never going to feel differently about men. I'm not a man-hater. It's just not in my nature. I think guys are amazing. I love the dichotomy, the differences in men and women. I think it's wonderful. It keeps things interesting. "
On having kids: "I think that it’s normal for people to ask that, especially of someone my age, because it seems like the obvious thing: ‘Why haven’t you done it?’ It doesn’t bother me. It’s not the cross I bear. I’m not somebody who is going to declare either way if I’m absolutely going to or I’m absolutely not going to have children. I have no idea. I’m still young. I have an unbelievable life. In some ways, I have the life that I have because I don’t have children. I don’t think it’s a compromise to have children,” she adds. “I don’t think it’s a compromise not to. I think it’s just a different choice."
On her past relationships: "I think that what I’ve found, in my experience, is that you always find the person who you’re meant to be with at that time in your life. And what I’ve also found is that you have to move on from those people at certain times, because that’s the way it happens. For me personally, there’s nothing wrong with that. A lot of people find themselves trapped in something that they’ve outgrown and are unhappy. And they don’t know how to get out of it because they think that they’re supposed to make it happen."

On having ugly days: "Oh, sh- yeah. I have them. I don't declare myself as one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood. That's other people's label. I don't think that self-deprecation is healthy for people. I think you should have a healthy relationship with yourself. And so we all have our 'up' days and we all have our 'down' days. But I'm not going to walk through this world hating myself because somebody else doesn't think I'm pretty. All I can do is know how I feel about myself."
On getting older: "I don't have a problem with growing older. I really don't. I have no problem with it. It's wonderful. Thank God we get older because if we're not getting older, we're dead. This is a much better option, to be getting older. And if we're not going forward, then we're stagnant, and we're stuck. And I've been stuck before. And I don't like it. It's not fun."
On her father's death: "My father passed away while I was in the middle of filming. I took time off to do what I had to do with my family. And then I had to go back to work. How if affected my performance I can't tell you, but certainly my father's death will be a part of me forever, and I'm sure it's going to be a part of all of the roles that I play now. It's been a year since he died, and it's been an incredibly transformative year. It's just something that's going to be with me forever."

Lindsay, Samantha, Ben, and Jessica Join the Party in DC

Ben Affleck went from Sundance to DC in time for last night's Declare Yourself Rebirth of Citizenship party. He was joined by Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson, who provided the music for the night, as well as Jessica Alba and Cash Warren. Alba modeled for the organization's intense ad campaign, but last night was about revelry as we prepare to swear in a new president. While some celebrities are pretending to join the Obama support at the last minute, these folks have been supporters the whole time and are finally in town to watch him take his oath.

Jennifer Aniston Keeps Her Mobile Life in Order

Jennifer Aniston hopped out of her car after stopping at the BlackBerry store in Beverly Hills yesterday. She was still showing off her Cabo tan in a plain white t-shirt. After seeing her part of the star-studded Declare Yourself PSA, we know Jennifer has lots of friends she wants to stay in touch with and, of course, remind to register to vote. Wonder if she's still fielding any calls from her ex John Mayer who has supposedly sworn off women since Jennifer. At least tech-savvy Jen knows how to send a call straight to voice mail if she needs to.
