Matthew McConaughey Is Already Thinking For Two

Kate Hudson ditched her blue dress for a more comfortable pantsuit after the premiere of Fool's Gold in LA last night, but kept on her pretty and dramatic eye makeup for the party. She and Matthew were showing off that friendly flirtation we love so much, but he was more into opening up about how much he's enjoying his relationship with Camila and their little baby already. He said,

"I am a happy man, thank you. Already, even with Camila just being pregnant now, the parenthood is begun. There is already a slight shift in the thoughts, the way I think about the future, and it has more of a 'we' to it instead of just a 'me.' That feels good, it's fine, and it hasn't really changed my point of view. It's just encompassed a little more quality."

In fact, MM says he is so happy with his current situation that he and Camila have no plans for marriage right now. Guess Matthew's mom has her work cut out for her.

Kate and Matt Fool LA With Their Gold Premiere

While Fool's Gold looks a little iffy, there's no question how much we love the movie's two leads, Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey, who were both out in LA last night for the premiere. Kate was apparently too chilly (and frilly) to lose the coat while MM had Camila, who doesn't look to be showing much yet, on his arm. We heard a little of Kate gush about Matt becoming a dad, and MM's pretty excited himself for his new little buddy. He said, "Make no doubt about it. My kid will dance. He will be on the beach and he will be taking hikes with a wild bandana on." No surprises there. I love his little outdoors baby already. Fun fact about Miss Alves, she's not just a model, but she and her mom also apparently design (cough::heinous::cough) bags! Here's to hoping that even if this film is no How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days (maybe it's great!) cute cute Kate and Matty will be making movies together for years to come.

Sugar Bits - Kiefer Sutherland Doing Well in Prison

According to a jail spokesman, Kiefer Sutherland has been a model prisoner since checking in on Wednesday, spending his days folding prison laundry and serving his fellow inmates dinner. The spokesman also said that Kiefer will definitely serve his entire 48-day sentence. Even Jack Bauer can't get out of this one. - People
Hydroderm, the cosmetic company suing its spokeswoman Teri Hatcher, says that despite an exclusive contract, Teri's image has been used to promote 22 other beauty products. Teri, on the other hand, says that the company is only suing her so that it doesn't have to pay her and that she is "ready, willing, able and eager" to work for them. Sounds like this should be settled by just making the commercial. - AP
Ray Liotta has pleaded guilty to his February DUI charge in exchange for a lighter sentence, which will see him pay a $300 fine, attended a drug and alcohol class, and have three years probation. Sounds like a pretty good deal relative to Kiefer. - TMZ
Donald Trump is denying reports that he left a $10,000 tip on an $82.27 bill at a Santa Monica restaurant, saying he wasn't even in CA at the time. Trump didn't get where he is by giving away insane tips. - Page Six

Dakota & Anne Sparkle, Leo & Sean Smolder in Palm Springs

The Palm Springs International Film Festival kicked off last night with their awards gala attended by some of the most acclaimed stars of the year. They screened Dustin Hoffman's new movie Last Chance Harvey and honored Hoffman, Sean Penn, and the cast of Revolutionary Road among others. Thankfully a sun-kissed from Cabo Leo made the trek to represent his movie. Dakota Fanning looked absolutely lovely and grown up in blue while Anne Hathaway traded in her dramatic hair and pantsuit for a LBD. As if LA isn't full of enough star power, it's only about to get brighter over the next few nights of award shows starting with last night's red carpet beauties.

Dirty Sexy Premiere

One of the new shows I'm most excited about is without a doubt Dirty Sexy Money. It has everything I love on TV (mostly). A Baldwin? Check. A Sutherland? Check. Actors from favorite TV shows of the past? Check (Samaire Armstrong, aka Anna from The OC), check (Peter Krause, aka Nate from Six Feet Under). Scandal, intrigue, decadence, moral conundrums? Check, check, check, check. I can't wait - and last night's LA premiere of the show just makes me even more anxious for Wednesday! The young star of the show, Chloe Moretz, sure knows how to work a red carpet already, doesn't she?

TV Stars Come Out For A Very Fox-y Party

Fox threw a little party for all their TV stars at Area Nightclub in LA last night. The theme of the night was Eco Casino, but the real gambling came after the party when Kiefer was pulled over with a DUI. Not smart. Omar Epps was working the red carpet - and getting everyone excited for tonight's big season premiere of House! Talkshow's Spike Feresten looked typically adorably geeky while Rashida Jones is a pleasant reminder that The Office is only days away. The Men Go Old School At The Golden Globes

Well what is there to say about the men? They clearly went for a super traditional tux this year considering they all look the same in the photo below. You can tell the only major fashion decision this year was black bow-tie or just a tie. But, I guess that's what you get when you get the classiest men in the industry walking the red carpet. These are guys who are old school or at least want to be remembered that way. While most people will be talking about Brad, Ben, Patrick and Leo, we must say one of our favorites of the night was John Stamos. We don't know what Rebecca Romijn was thinking when she ended that marriage.

ABC Unveils their new line up

ABC has ordered five new shows, 2 comedies and 3 dramas to premiere this fall. They also have an additional 7 programs for midseason replacements. As expected, the Geena Davis series in which she co-stars with Donald Sutherland is being picked up - it's called "Commander-in-Chief." I'm seriously looking forward to the Freddie Prinze Jr show, called "Freddie" in which he plays a "bachelor who yearns for family". ABC News has more details but stay tuned as I hope to have the day by day guide soon.
