First Look at Sexy Katie Holmes on Eli Stone

Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise spent their weekend in NYC dining out between her nightly shows of All My Sons and entertaining her parents in town to catch their daughter on Broadway. The couple wore gray out together on Sunday night, but what's even more interesting is catching a first look at Katie's Eli Stone getup and details about her role. She plays a lawyer, Grace, who appears to Eli in a vision singing and dancing dressed in skintight black before meeting him in real life at a basketball game. We may not all be able to make it to NYC to check out her Broadway debut, but I'll definitely be tuning in to see sexy Katie back on TV Oct. 21.

Katie Holmes was back in her baggy jeans going to work on the set of Eli Stone in LA yesterday. After a busy weekend with her adorable family, Katie looked rejuvenated, refreshed, and ready to get down to business singing and dancing. In an alternate universe, it might be Katie off around the world premiering record-breaking The Dark Knight for her role as Rachel Dawes, but frankly she looks perfectly happy on her new project right at home close to Tom and little Suri.

Katie's Weekend of Fun, Family and Filming

Katie Holmes wrapped up her week of work on Eli Stone Friday as she filmed scenes in a LA park with her co-star Jonny Lee Miller. We heard from Jonny a few days ago when he spoke at the Summer TCAs about his very special guest star. Once her shooting wrapped, Katie was right back to spending quality time with her family over the weekend. She took Suri - who sported what's apparently the most popular dress for celebrity babies - on a shopping trip to The Grove. Katie spent Sunday by Tom's side as they watched a car race in their coordinated leather jackets. We can't wait to see Katie back on TV, but it's always a treat to see her looking so happy with the people she loves most.

Katie Holmes Dodges an On-Set Accident

Katie Holmes narrowly avoided a (probably on purpose) catastrophe yesterday on the set of Eli Stone as she managed not to spill her soda on the head of a nearby costar. The show's cast and crew were at LA's Dodger Stadium to film scenes, and luckily Katie was able to ditch Wednesday's big hair and heavy makeup in favor of a more ballpark-friendly getup. No signs of Suri this time, but after her long week of work, Katie must be thrilled about spending the weekend at home with her family.

Katie Holmes Shows Off Her Small-Screen Style

After a long day of work on Eli Stone, Katie Holmes stayed in her hair and makeup heading out to dinner with Tom. As usual, Katie showed off the latest trends with her gladiator shoes and baggy jeans. However, we're not so sure about the peg-rolled jeans or socks with those shoes. While Katie was preparing for her singing and dancing role, the rest of the cast was busy chatting with the press over at the Summer TCAs, and it sounds like they're all as excited for her cameo as we all are.

Katie Holmes Is Ready For Showtime

Katie Holmes left her NYC apartment yesterday as she made her way to the theater for a performance of All My Sons, which officially opens tonight after weeks of previews. Hopefully Katie won't get too comfortable on Broadway, because she might be required back on the set of Eli Stone. The show runner, Mark Guggenheim, hinted that she might be a recurring character this season, saying that she, "sort of remains in the background throughout the year, and then she moves large toward the middle half of the season." We don't have to wait much longer to see her return to TV - she makes her sexy singing and dancing debut next Tuesday.

Suri's the Set Star Now

The whole Cruise family - starring Suri, of course - stopped by the set of Eli Stone in LA yesterday. Naturally the littlest stole the show in her favorite Pucci dress, especially since by now she's an old pro on sets. Looks like Suri got her bangs trimmed finally getting that hair out of her face. This guest starring gig may not belong to Suri just yet, but maybe next time we'll get her precious face in front of the cameras.

Katie and Suri Have an Hermès and Eli Stone Kind of Day

It was treat time for Suri Cruise yesterday, and this time Katie decided to go a little fancier than the Build-A-Bear Workshop. She and Suri stepped out of Hermès in NYC carrying matching orange shopping bags. While Suri may have only gotten a kid-sized souvenir, we'd love to see what kind of extravagant accessory she'd be sporting with her collection of dresses.
