Reese Witherspoon took the stage at the Beat the Odds Awards sponsored by The Children's Defense Fund, joined by a handful of other celebs in LA Thursday night. Half Nelson was the big winner of the night with best feature, breakthrough director and breakthrough actor (Go Ryan Gosling!).
