Zac and Vanessa Join Russell, Diddy, and Jonah's Big Greek Premiere

The stars of Get Him to the Greek appropriately gathered at LA's Greek Theater last night for their latest premiere after a screening in Las Vegas last week. The movie doesn't open until June 4, but Russell Brand was already in the rock star spirit, donning all white to hit the red carpet with his fiancee, Katy Perry. Russell recently shared the romantic story of his proposal to Katy, and another cause close to his heart is a new documentary he's working on about the state of consumer society. He was joined by his costars Diddy and Jonah Hill, with fans like Jon Hamm and Zac Efron coming along to see the funny film. Zac posed for photos with Vanessa Hudgens, who had a solo turn in front of the cameras earlier this week when she attended Victoria Beckham's LG party.

Fergie Stops at Broadway and Dishes on Her Diet

Fergie hopped out of a cab with a smile in New York City last night on her way to see Speed the Plow starring Jeremy Piven on Broadway. She went backstage to congratulate the actor, but it was home early so she could be at The Today Show this morning to unveil the Swarovski star that will top the Rockefeller tree and which she worked with to benefit Clothes Off Our Back. At Monday night's Glamour event, Fergie looked voluptuous in her white gown. On the red carpet she talked openly about gaining 13 pounds for her role in Nine and also shared her Thanksgiving strategy in taking it off again. The singer looks fabulous no matter her size and at least she sounds reasonable about indulging in her favorite holiday foods.

TV Tonight: "Mad Men"

A couple of weeks ago, I told you how excited I was about the premiere of "Mad Men," AMC's new drama about the advertising industry set in 1960 New York. I'm still an episode behind (my DVR got a little overloaded when I was in LA for the TCA press tour), but everything I've seen and heard about this show suggests that the second episode was just as strong as the first. Tonight's third episode has Pete returning from his honeymoon conflicted about his bachelor party encounter with Peggy, while Don's business relationship with Rachel seems to be moving into unexpected territory. Watching the trailer for "Mad Men," AMC's original series about the ruthless business of advertising in the 1960s, reminds me of Good Night and Good Luck, set a few years later and shot in color. The cigarettes everywhere, the martini lunches and the slicked-back hair all recall an era far removed from today's digital world. But, much like Good Night and Good Luck, "Mad Men" isn't just a period piece. It's dealing with themes that still resonate today: how America gets sold - and who's doing the selling.

AMC isn't exactly known for its original series - its primary business is movies, from classics like The Godfather to more modern fare like Catwoman - but "Mad Men" could put it on the map. For a cable show on a network nobody associates with TV, it's gotten a tremendous amount of critical buzz, with some calling it the best new drama of the summer and even the best new series of the year. Chris and Ginnifer Screen Day Zero

Chris Klein and Ginnifer Goodwin screened their film, Day Zero at the Tribeca Film Festival this weekend. In the movie Chris and Elijah Wood play New Yorkers who are drafted for the military and have only 30 days to prepare for duty. Ginnifer plays Chris' wife in the film - how perfect is that? Although many couples that work together don't make it in the long run, we think it's cute that they're still going strong.

Jon Hamm Gets Animated While Prepping For Mad Men and Kids

Jon Hamm ran errands along West Hollywood's Melrose Avenue yesterday. He opted for a casual leather jacket and sneakers, but on Sunday he was decked out in a suit to party at InStyle's Golden Globe afterparty with his fellow Mad Men costar Elizabeth Moss and 30 Rock's Jack McBrayer. Jon and Elizabeth's TV drama returns on March 25 with a two-hour season premiere. Until then, Jon's got his hands full with two other projects. He's starring alongside his real-life girlfriend Jennifer Westfeldt in their romantic comedy Friends With Kids, due out March 9 - check out the hilarious Friends With Kids trailer! Jon and Jennifer are also lending their voices to the Feb. 20 episode of PBS animated series Martha Speaks.
