Nicole and Joel Engaged?

Well we heard the rumors that Nicole and Joel were thinking of getting married and now there is new evidence to fuel the fire. Our friends from NJC sent us this picture of Joel from the concert last night where the local DJ announced to the crowd that Nicole and Joel are engaged! While apparently the DJ broke the news, Joel certainly didn't confirm it so while this all sounds thrilling, we're still waiting to hear it from the happy couple. It seems like a great idea since they're about to have a child but it's all happening at a warp speed for these two. I can't help but say, it must be so weird for Duff to hear all this craziness.

Eva Longoria & Tony Parker Engaged!

So much for splitting up a few months ago. It looks like Tony and Eva have decided they can't live without each other. The couple are officially engaged. I guess Eva can now become a real life desperate housewife. Here's more:

Eva Longoria and NBA star Tony Parker are engaged, PEOPLE has confirmed.

"Eva and Tony are officially engaged," Longoria's rep, Liza Anderson, tells PEOPLE exclusively. "The couple have never been happier."

This is great news compared to all the recent celeb splits this week. Congrats to the happy couple.

The two started dating last November and have kept their relationship pretty quiet, since then they've only been spotted together in LA a handful of times. Looks like Jenna Fischer's not the only one who's getting ready to walk down the aisle in real life as well as on The Office. Congrats to the happy couple!

True Blood heartthrob Stephen Moyer hit the beach with his son yesterday in LA amid some big news for the actor. After less than a year of dating, Moyer is engaged to his costar Anna Paquin. Despite their 12-year age difference and his two kids with a longtime girlfriend, the couple has been inseparable since they went public with their relationship in February. Moyer's vampire alter-ego probably wouldn't be seen having so much fun on the beach, but Stephen played around on the rings and took a swim. He didn't treat us to any actual shirtlessness, but it looks like he has a body that could have easily earned a spot in our Hot Shirtless Men of 2009 bracket.

Breaking News - Kevin Jonas Gets Engaged!

The oldest of the Jonas brothers, Kevin, is the first in the band to reach a personal milestone - he's engaged! Kevin popped the question to his girlfriend of two years, Danielle Deleasa, early this morning at her New Jersey home. He showed up on her doorstep with a ring from Jacob & Co. and went down on one knee to ask for her hand. Congrats to Kevin, Danielle and the whole Jonas clan!

Rachel Bilson headed out of her hotel in NYC before stopping by the Max Azria Fashion Week show last night. While it's interesting that she was wearing one blue glove during the day, there was no visible bling to match the news that she's engaged to Hayden Christensen. She supposedly revealed the news to a fellow passenger on her flight into the Big Apple where she was spotted wearing a ring and it's just been confirmed - congrats to the happy couple!

Mandy Moore's rep confirmed the rumor – she is engaged to musician Ryan Adams! The two first started dating in December of 2007 and were spotted out together a few times last Spring before splitting over the Summer. The duo reunited at the end of last year. The alt-country rocker recently announced that he is taking a hiatus from music to focus on writing and his hearing since he suffers from a condition that has made him partially deaf. He also wrote extensively about losing love and finding it again. She's been quietly updating her blog with cute photos of them together, and he had been too but recently removed them from his site. He just released a Valentine's EP on iTunes and her next album is expected this Spring. Congrats to the happy musical couple!
