Eva, Salma and Selena Are ALMA Awards Beauties

Salma Hayek, Eva Longoria and Selena Gomez were three of the gorgeous women dressed in their best for the 2009 ALMA Awards in LA last night. Eva Longoria showed off tons of costume changes as she played host for the third year in a row and this time was joined by George Lopez. Selena Gomez took home a statue for Television Comedy Actress and twittered about her fun night. Salma Hayek, who totally looked like a blast from her past in the headband and short sexy dress, was honored with the Anthony Quinn Award for General Excellence. Salma's BFF Penelope actually won as well but wasn't in the house to accept. The show airs tonight featuring performances from David Archuleta, Nelly Furtado and more.

Nicole and Joel Dip Their Toes Into the Green Pool

Nicole Richie got her hair and makeup all done up at the salon yesterday for good reason - she was on her way to the 18th Annual Environmental Media awards in LA. Joel escorted her to the event, which also brought out celebs like Rosario Dawson, Maria Bello, and Jaime King. The awards honor TV shows and film that spread environmental awareness, so apparently Nicole and Joel are going beyond their efforts towards helping children and focusing on saving our planet as well.

Will and Jada's Family Fun on Lakeview Terrace

Will Smith and Jada put on their big red carpet smiles out to support her brother Caleb Pinkett at his premiere of Lakeview Terrace in NYC last night. As for Caleeb's costars, Samuel L. Jackson had his usual Kangol while Kerry Washington was all wrapped up in red. Will produced the film, which he was excited to gush about and when asked about playing Barack Obama on screen he said, "That's great! As soon as he writes the end of the story; we're going to help him write the end of the story in the next couple of weeks." Not the first time it's been suggested but I suspect before Will takes on acting as Obama, he'll be stumping for the candidate as the race heats up.

Cashmere Girls Join Dita at Paris Fashion Week

They may not be exuding fabulous quite like the side-by-side trio of Dita, Claudia, and Posh but two of the three were still hanging around the Paris Spring couture shows this week joined by some fresh faces. Posh is back in the UK performing, but has been replaced by the always adorable Lucy Liu and Blake Lively. Looks like at least one Gossip Girl is taking her new role as a budding fashionista quite seriously. Dita, of course, looked impeccable in the front row with her new fashion buddies. The ladies were there for the Valentino and Jean Paul Gaultier shows. Blake dressed a little bit quirky and a little bit cute for the surely nerve-wracking event, while Lucy continued to show off her tendency toward the unique, no doubt influenced by her new Patty Field Cashmere Mafia wardrobe. Ugly Betty Wins Big at the Imagen Awards

America Ferrera and Anna Ortiz were all smiles on the red carpet at the 22nd Annual Imagen Awards this weekend at the Disney Concert Hall. The ladies were surrounded by many other stars including Eva La Rue, Wilmer Valderrama and Desperate Housewives' Ricardo Antonio Chavira. The award show recognizes excellence in Latino entertainment. Ugly Betty took home the prize for best primetime TV program while its stars, America & Anna took home best TV actress and supporting TV actress. Could this be a preview for what's to come at the Primetime Emmy Awards?

Eva Longoria Still Dreams For Hope Not Babies, Yet

Eva Longoria sparkled on the red carpet at last night's Padres Contra El Cancer's 8th Annual "El Sueno De Esperanza" benefit gala in LA. With children and Eva there, naturally talk turned to babies. After responding "nope" when asked about plans to have kids soon, she said, "People always say 'I want a boy! I want a girl!' I just think, Oh my gosh, I just want a healthy child. . . That's truly a gift. If you're a healthy adult, to complain about anything in life that's so minute, you really have to be grateful for everything that you have and do something with it." Just another sound bite to add to her library of baby answers, which happens to be the same thing she said at the event last year - I'd feel bad for her if she didn't seem like she's eating up the attention.

Suit Up For CBS Monday Night

CBS' Monday Night line up celebrated their season premiere in LA last night with some legen - wait for it and I hope you're not lactose intolerant because the next part is - dary TV stars. Obvious favorites here, How I Met Your Mother's Neil Patrick Harris and Alyson Hannigan are always a delight - and probably a riot. Meanwhile, Rules of Attraction's Oliver Hudson has seen better days (like, on Dawson's), but he's still looking good. Monday night provides one of the toughest TV tradeoffs of the fall season (I know, I'm super cool). Thank god for Tivo. The shows premiere this Monday.

Miami Slips Into Some Pink and Lingerie For VS Fashion Show

After celebrating the return of Fontainebleau in Miami on Friday, the stars returned to the famous resort on Saturday for the annual Victoria's Secret fashion show. The pink carpet was brimming with stars despite the location change, including one of our favorite bachelors Robert Buckley. Heidi Klum looked incredible in the lingerie and showed off her perfect abs when Usher took to the runway to perform.

All the angels looked spectacular as always, especially Alessandra Ambrosio who strutted her stuff just three months after giving birth like Heidi herself did not too many years ago. Adriana Lima got to wear the $5 million black diamond bra, which got Heidi talking about the economy. She said, "You always have to look forward even when times are bad. You have to look to the future." Speaking of Miss Klum, with Seal in the audience cheering her on, she was the finale of the show wrapped up in a giant bow. The show airs Dec. 3.

Ellen Wins Daytime Emmy Awards, Rosie Gets Honorable Mentions

Friday night brought out TV's hottest daytime stars for the 34th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards. Chandra Wilson and Vivica A. Fox were all about color while Tyra was all about being noticed with the biggest gown ever. Ellen and Portia, our favorite female couple on the red carpet looked amazing and Ellen ruled the evening scoring trophies for Best Talk Show and Best Host. This was Ellen's 4th time in a row winning these awards, but she really thought Rosie should have walked away with the recognition. She said, "I liked what she did. This was the year she should have won. I wanted to acknowledge Rosie because she has done a lot. ... I don't know who should replace her but I don't think it should be Paris Hilton. That would not work." Good call Ellen!

Bob Barker picked up his 19th Emmy and spoke about Rosie as well at the awards. Backstage he said, "I believe they're going to have a meeting with Rosie. She knows the show, there's no doubt in my mind she could do the show. Now, whether they want a lady host, I don't know. I've never heard that discussed. As far as I know, they've only auditioned men." The show won't be the same without Bob, but Rosie is ready for a new job and she would certainly bring a whole new edge to Price is Right! Ugly Betty Scores at the ALMA Awards

MTV wasn't the only one having an awards show this weekend. On Friday night, the ALMA (American Latino Media Arts) Awards took place to honor achievements by Hispanic artists in Hollywood. Ugly Betty was the big winner with multiple wins including America Ferrera for best actress and Ana Ortiz for best supporting actress. A super pregnant Salma Hayek was there to cheer on her Ugly Betty stars while Jessica Alba, who is everywhere these days promoting the Fantastic Four, presented an award. Eva Longoria was the executive producer as well as the host with for the evening. She had quite a few wardrobe changes and even danced with her good friend Mario Lopez. The ceremony airs June 5th on ABC.
