Sep 8 2009 - 10:00am George Clooney had Ewan McGregor by his side earlier today at the Venice Film Festival. The duo is in Italy to promote The Men Who Stare at Goats, and this morning they were up and out for a photo call. George arrived ahead of his press obligations this weekend, so that he had a little time to tour the city with his new lady friend, Elisabetta.
I have to comment on Ewan's outfit. What was he thinking? He is standing beside the heir to Cary Grant's refined legacy and he wears those pants and sneakers? It looks ridiculous and a little
disrespectful. I like to see a man well-dressed for the occasion. Clooney always looks well-dressed, but of course, he's got Armani in his court. Love George... and Giorgio.
Ewan looks great as usual. He's got a bit of an edgier feel to him and his clothes reflect that. I don't mean to infer better or worse- just different! Both he and George look lovely.
