Pakistani Star Suing Mag For Photoshopping Her Clothes Off

Nude covers may not shock us in the States, but when it's an actress from a conservative Islamic country taking it all off it's a different story. The cover model under fire, Pakistani star Veena Malik, says she didn't pose nude for FHM India, and she's filed a $2 million lawsuit against the magazine for making her appear that way in its December issue.

The suit states that Veena posed topless, but never fully nude, and that the magazine's doctored shoot has damaged her reputation. But I'm wondering if it would have been any less controversial had Veena been topless. After all, for the conservative Muslims who are angered over the spread (including her father, who stated he's "disowned" Veena), wouldn't any female nudity be unacceptable?

Photoshopping someone nude against their wishes would be a new low for a magazine, but FHM's editor claims there is video proof that she actually was nude during the photo shoot. Even if Veena had decided to strip completely, it would have been her prerogative. She's already proven that she's willing to push boundaries when it comes to women's rights and sexuality. She's talked openly against Pakistan's poor treatment of women, and she stood up for herself when she was called out for "shaming" her country for her love interest on Indian reality TV show Big Boss earlier last year.

Kim Kardashian makes a splash on the cover of FHM UK's March issue. Inside the magazine, she flaunts her bikini body in multiple skimpy suits and even poses in the water in a deceiving but not quite topless shot. Kim's no stranger to showing skin but she recently revealed her vow never to go nude for cameras again after becoming upset by her racy spread in W last year. The whole scene played out on the second episode of Kourtney and Kim Take New York, which she promoted with an appearance at Sunday's SAG Awards. Kim has more than just reality TV on her plate as she and her sisters continue to expand their brand with new projects.

Peter Facinelli Goes Up to the Plate For FHM, Then on Vacation With Jennie Garth

Peter Facinelli broke out his baseball and bat for a photo shoot in the August issue of FHM. He's currently celebrating the success of Eclipse with a well-deserved bit of rest and relaxation in Hawaii. His tropical getaway hasn't been all about chilling out, since he also surprised fans on the island at a screening like Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart did back in LA and Xavier Samuel in NYC. Peter's vacation was timed to enjoy some fun with his wife, Jennie Garth, who just wrapped up shooting a movie for the Hallmark channel called Mulligan that Peter wrote himself.

Kim Kardashian looks perfectly sexy in a few different skimpy bikinis for the November issue of FHM South Africa. This is far from her first swimsuit shoot - in fact she's been all over the place in almost nothing this year - but just when some serious Kardashian fatigue is starting to kick in, this is a reminder of how totally stunning Kim looks. Sure, she still talks about her diet and body on a pretty constant basis, but Kim's not giving hourly updates on her pregnancy or running to the altar. Plus, maybe if we're lucky, she'll be posing again soon with her on-again boyfriend Reggie Bush, who looks awfully nice shirtless next to her bikini body.
