Jessica Alba Hits Berlin, Still With Leggings

Jessica Alba is still the one woman Fantastic Four: Rise Of The Silver Surfer parade around Europe -- this stop, Berlin! As usual, she looks a whole lot more gorgeous when she's got that big ol' smile on her face, but I guess she doesn't really have a choice when she's the only cast member making the promotional rounds. It looks like she's yet to lose those leggings from the other day; at least with this super mini dress they're a little more necessary. For some reason I find myself warming up to this shiny happy Alba; I guess all it takes is a smile.

The Silver Surfer Flies Down Under

Jessica Alba and her comic book costars headed to Australia to promote Fantastic Four: The Rise of the Silver Surfer this week. They first stopped off at Fox Studios for a 20 minute preview of the unfinished film and then headed over to Will and Toby's for an after-party. Jessica managed to get in a wardrobe change in between the two events and looks fabulous in both of them of course! In the sequel the four go up against a surfboard riding entity that destroys planets in 8 days. It sounds kind of silly but you know, in that cool comic book way. Jessica Really Appeals to the Teens

Apparently Jessica and Cash didn't have time to take advantage of being in Paris after Eva and Tony's wedding, because the two were at the airport on their way out yesterday morning. And don't they just look thrilled as usual (though I'm loving her coat)? Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer may have been a bit overshadowed by the other Summer blockbusters, but the Teen Choice Awards committee took notice and nominated Jessica for 3 awards: Hissy Fit, Female Hottie, Action Adventure Actress. The show isn't until the end of August, but you can vote here. Mark my words, teens love Jessica, but she may have to lose to Seacrest in the Hissy Fit category.

Jessica Changes Things Up

The cast of The Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer headed to London for another premiere. Jessica Alba outshone her male co-stars on the blue carpet with help from a gorgeous gold gown. Alba's been talking quite a lot lately about being taken more seriously as an actress. In a recent interview with IGN she elaborates when asked if she's tired of being in fantastical blockbusters and if she'll be back for more. Here's more:

"Yeah, definitely. Not burnt out. That's not the way to put it. No, I love these movies. It's just completely different, you know? I try to change it up as much as possible. I did a physical comedy before I did Fantastic Four -- Good Luck Chuck -- that is coming out in August, and that was so very different to this movie or The Eye. So it's really just about changing it up and trying to get the best material for that genre that I could get."

Clearly she's had no problem finding work. Jessica will have plenty of chances to show off her acting skills in all these upcoming movies.

Even though Cash wasn't on Jessica's arm at the Sydney preview screening of Fantastic Four: The Rise of the Silver Surfer, it's nice to see that he did accompany his lady on the trip. As much as things might be rough for these two recently (at least if the rumors are to be believed), they look pretty sweet hanging out here. These two used to irk me (hey, she seemed like she had attitude), but for some reason seeing these photos I'm kind of warming up. You know what they say -- the couple that has matching sunglasses together, stays together. Ooooor something. I gotta believe that the Fantastic Four press bender is just getting underway, so Jessica will have to start answering lots of questions very soon. First up (from me): How does she always look so cute?

Jessica Alba is making her way around Europe, moving from Paris to Madrid as she continues to promote Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. Jessica looks fabulous with her natural makeup and relaxed hairdo, but we wish she ditched those leggings and showed off her stems. Fab wants to know how would you wear it differently, and I assume I don't even have to mention those shoes. Next up on Alba's agenda is The Ten and Good Luck Chuck. We'll be excited just to see her finally promoting something new!

Jessica is really making the most out of her time in Europe. She came over to enjoy Eva & Tony's wedding festivities, hopped off to Milan for the Versace event and is now back in Paris to promote Fantastic Four: Rise Of The Silver Surfer. Once she returns home, this LA area native may be making a new home for herself in NYC. Rumor has it that she and Cash are apartment hunting in Manhattan. Hey, whatever keeps her happy, because she just seems so much more pleasant with that big smile on her pretty face.
