Some hot young blondes came out in NYC last night for the Guggenheim Young Collectors Council Artist's Ball hosted by Chloe. Blake Lively looked great, as usual, helping Chace fill our Gossip Girl fix for this rerun week. One half of your favorite platonic TV duo of the year, Becki Newton looked hot other than those boots.

New York Fashion Week wraps up tomorrow, but there are still a boat load of celebrities there determined to see last call and stay until the lights go up and the tents come down.
