GQ Men of the Year Arrivals - Let's Focus On Just the Men For Now

Will Ferrell, Leo and Jay-Z landed 3 different covers for GQ's 11th annual Men of the Year issue, but all the guys looked truly deserving of cover boy status at the event last night. The Men of the Year awards was held at the Sunset Tower Hotel in LA and the honored guests clearly took the time to look their best. Even Jackass Johnny got in on the dress up action, but we do wish he would have worn a cleaner pair of shoes. He can clean up so well when he tries.

Ben Threatens to do Baywatch

Ben was looking wonderful last night at the GQ Men of the Year Awards in LA. We just heard him gushing to Ellen about Violet and Jen. Now he's threatening to play David Hasselhoff and throw on some Speedos. He is looking super svelte in these pics.... maybe he could pull of the Speedo look but we sure hope he doesn't go down that road. Here's more:

BEN AFFLECK has warned movie bosses he'll star in the BAYWATCH movie adaptation if they don't give him another directing job. The PEARL HARBOR star is desperate to quit acting so he can concentrate on working behind the camera instead. And he's given producers an ultimatum - either employ him again after seeing his directing talents in forthcoming release GONE, BABY, GONE, or he'll shamelessly take on DAVID HASSELHOFF's role in Baywatch. He tells Hotdog magazine, "I hope that people like the movie enough that they would hire me to direct another movie. "If not, it's strapping on those Speedos, getting on a surfboard and doing the film adaptation of Baywatch."

First off - yes it is called Hotdog Magazine - it's a UK thing and it is real. It really does exist. As for Ben, It will be interesting to see if he can make the transition to a director, but we hope he doesn't disappear from in front of the cameras forever. Lindsay Attends GQ & AA

Lindsay was named GQ's Obsession of the Year and that means the lucky lady got to hang out with some hot men last night at GQ's Men of the Year Awards. But apparently this isn't the only place LL has been spending time. Sources now say after having her fill of the party scene, LL is spending time at AA meetings. Page Six reports:

A Los Angeles spy reports seeing her yesterday at a 7:30 a.m. AA meeting near her apartment in the Sierra Towers. A friend of Lohan confirmed, "She has attended several meetings and has hopefully decided to turn her life around - this time for good. She is out of control." Lohan skipped Thanksgiving with her mom, Dina, and her family because she knew "someone would force an intervention on her." So Dina - who likes a party almost as much as her wild-child daughter - has arrived in L.A. to convince Lindsay to stay home some nights. The actress is filming "The Best Time of Our Lives" with Keira Knightley for the next five weeks - and then, friends hope "she will really get serious about getting sober. And drop out of the limelight for a while." A rep for Lohan declined comment.

We're sick of worrying about LL so let's hope she will work on sobering up and partying less. It's amazing to think she's not even 21 yet and already going through so much. Lindsay is GQ's Obsession of the Year

GQ's 11th annual Men of the Year issue will be on newsstands any day and this year LL is the one lady who was recognized with all those wonderful men. Lindsay is being recognized as the obsession of the year. She was interviewed over drinks at the Chateau Marmont and then did a sexy video and photo shoot you can watch here. The interview was very sarcastic and pretty entertaining. Here are a few highlights:

Can we tell people we’re doing this interview in the men’s room at Yankee Stadium?
Yes. And tell them that we’re dating.

Does it make you sad that celebrity magazines never write about you?
It does. I really wish they would do more. I’m trying to become friends with all the cool famous people, the ones that go to clubs all the time-try to get into those tabloids a little more.

Tell me about an average day in the life of Lindsay Lohan.
It starts out with a 5 a.m. hike through Runyon Canyon to watch the sunrise. Then I go outside, and I try to find the paparazzi. I go down to Robertson Boulevard, try and search for them, find them, and bring them food.

And then what do you do at night?
Well, of course, I’m sitting at the computer all night.

Josh Hartnett Is Huge in Germany

GQ celebrated its men of the year German style last night with an awards show in Munich. The festivities might not be as exciting as those in the states, but there were still plenty of international hot men to drool over. Diane Kruger was one of the few ladies among the honorees even though her own yummy boy Josh was nowhere to be found. Luckily another Josh was there to keep her company. In fact that Josh (we're talking Hartnett here) snagged an award for International Film Star. Now if he'd just lose that icky goatee and mustache combo, maybe next year he'd have a better shot at winning Man of the Year.

Hollywood Ladies Come Out to Support GQ's Men of the Year

The Chateau Marmont hosted GQ's Men of the Year Awards last night in LA. A few of the magazine's honorees, including Zach Galifianakis, Tom Ford, and Neil Patrick Harris joined forces with starlets like Olivia Wilde and AnnaLynne McCord. January Jones hit the carpet alongside Dexter's Jennifer Carpenter as Alexander Skarsgard, who won a "Man Who Saved HBO" award, went from LAX to the bash - click here to check out the full list of winners.

Alexander stayed close to rumored girlfriend Kate Bosworth, despite recent reports of her being linked to other guys. Sarah Silverman, meanwhile, was there to keep Zach company as his fellow funny man Russell Brand took a night off from romancing Katy Perry to mingle with Quentin Tarantino. Lindsay Lohan also turned up for the event while drama with her father seems to finally be cooling off.

Lindsay Sounds like a Brat

Lindsay was one of the lucky ladies to score an invite to the GQ Men of the Year awards this week, but the party girl was shockingly not on her best behavior. We just heard she was spotted attending AA meetings, but apparently she drank way too much at the GQ event and caused a big scene. She tried to pick a fight with Jessica Biel who was not at all interested in giving LL any attention. Even Will, Leo and Ben were making fun of LL who was partying hard with her mom. Page Six reports:

When the Lohans arrived at the exclusive dinner at the Sunset Tower - joining the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio, Al Gore, Jay-Z, Jennifer Connelly and Magic Johnson - she "flipped out" upon seeing Jessica Biel, the luminous star of "The Illusionist," there with her assistant.

Biel's assistant used to work for Lohan and earned the "Mean Girls" star's ire when she quit several months ago. According to a witness, Lohan started screaming, "If she stays, I'm outta here! I can't look at that girl! I can't believe you would allow an assistant in here - she doesn't belong in here!" "It was really uncalled for," said our spy. "Jessica and everyone else ignored her."

A rep for Lohan said, "This does not sound like Lindsay." A Biel friend said, "Jess didn't steal anyone's assistant - her assistant stopped working for Lindsay a long time ago. And whatever drama happened, Jess was no part of it. She is not part of [Lohan's] crowd - she is a professional." A rep for Biel declined comment.

Lohan was shunned at the glittering affair by other celebs who are tired of her bratty antics and bad work ethic. Overhearing her tirade about Biel's assistant, Will Ferrell turned to DiCaprio, Gore and Affleck and said, "Who cares about that freak anymore, anyway?" - setting off laughter. Later, Lohan, with a champagne glass in her hand, tried flirting with Leo, to no avail.

Apparently later she got cozy with Johnny Knoxville until her ex-Harry Morton arrived. With all those men around you would think she would want to act more mature. She really can't catch a break these days. Every day there is something new to report about her out of control behavior. Here she is on another night, and another party at LAX Club in LA.

GQ's Ladies of the Night

The GQ Men of the Year Awards were obviously focusing mostly on the male sex but the ladies sure did make it tough for them last night! Jennifer Garner was there to cheer Ben on for being recognized for his comeback but she looks a little angry. We wonder what's wrong? Could she be stressed about getting ready for little Violet's first birthday coming up tomorrow? Looks like Heroes is really pushing Hayden Panettiere into the spotlight as well. We're so used to seeing her all messed up in her cheerleading outfit we barely recognized her. Love that shade of blue on her. And to think she almost got sucked into being Paris' protege at one point. Thankfully that friendship didn't last too long.

Kate and Alex Try to Go Under the Radar For a Movie Night

Kate Bosworth and Alexander Skarsgard were together in LA on Sunday to see a movie at the ArcLight. The duo, who met earlier this year while working on a remake of Straw Dogs, seem to be spending an awful lot of time together lately - they were side-by-side for the Spike Scream Awards and made the rounds at last week's GQ Men of the Year bash. Kate's not the only one who's only got eyes for the True Blood actor, who is a favorite over in our community section with the Fans of Alexander Skarsgard group. It was a friend who was by Kate's side yesterday, though, for a midafternoon sandwich run in Hollywood - get her look here.

Kate and Jamie Storm Around Town and Out of Parties

Kate Moss had Jamie Hince by her side last night to attend a friend's birthday party in London. It was her second late night out for the week, after Tuesday's GQ Men of the Year Awards. Things apparently didn't turn out too well at the magazine's bash, as Kate stormed out following the host's making a rude joke at her expense. She had a few days to cool off, and Kate didn't seem too flustered about the incident as she headed out to celebrate with Jamie.
