Recently Kelly said that he and Cameron <a href="/136392" >were just friends</a> but he's obviously just being a gentleman. We thought the time they spent together in Hawaii was a fling but the two just can't seem to stay away from each other. Last night Cammie helped Kelly celebrate his 35th birthday at Mercedes Grill &amp; Sushi Bar in Marina del Rey.
