Britney is hanging with Paris and we so don't approve. We know they have been friends in the past - give us time, we'll dig up that photo for you soon. Britney headed to Las Vegas with her former manager Larry Rudolph. They stayed at The Palms where she shopped, gambled, and worked on her upcoming album. Apparently the club got so hot that TMZ reports that "Britney ditched her pants -- and danced around the club in a pair of fishnet stockings!"

CW and NBC Take TCAs Through the Weekend

The fun rolled on this weekend at the TCAs! After the panels on Saturday and Sunday, came last night's big party. The crowd included old favorites from The Office, new all-stars like the cast of Kath and Kim, and a few select Heroes, including Hayden and Milo, who kept their distance. The Bravo reality stars kept us laughing all night at the soiree. Another special treat was the beautiful Bar Refaeli who was there to promote her new show Ironic Iconic America. She discussed the show, favorite designers, and just being a jeans and T-shirt kind of girl at heart - more on all that later.

As for the panels, the CW kicked things off Saturday with new guilty pleasures all around including 90210, the new Privileged and Stylista - think The Devil Wears Prada gone reality. Sunday the adorable cast of Friday Night Lights hit the stage to discuss their third season and taking the show to DirecTV. Heidi showed off her Hermes bag, just another example of her recently upgraded wardrobe. Apparently she and Spencer can afford it since they have raked in more than $3 million thanks to The Hills and their other various business ventures. A warrant has been issued for Shia LaBeouf's arrest in Burbank after he missed a court date to face an unlawful smoking charge. - TMZ

Some of Hollywood's finest party girls came out for the launch of Hornitos Sauza tequila at Opera Nightclub in LA last night. Yeah, that sounds kind of like the real opera, only instead of culture, there's booze, and instead of binoculars, there's booze. Not one, but two Hilton sisters graced the party with their presence as did Ashlee, who managed to surgically remove herself from Pete for the night. Meanwhile, whoa...what is this I see? A newly single Stephen Colletti back in the arms of his ex girlfriend LC? Scandal! Kidding, kidding, these two have been friends forever. Not that I would be surprised if Mr. Colletti wants to make a cameo on The Hills, especially now that Jason has gone and gotten himself engaged. Plus, he's gotta do something to combat those Milo/Hayden rumors.
