David Beckham took off his shirt after scoring the only goal of the Galaxy's home game against Chivas USA on Saturday. Victoria and the boys were cheering him on from the stands, along with Gordon and Tana Ramsay. The families' kids threw their hands in the air when David scored for the first time during this tough season. Becks doesn't limit his soccer skills to the field - last week we saw him playing on the beach for a California tourism ad which was apparently at the request of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and airs September 21.

Matt & Mariah Aren't the One & Only Ones in Cape Town

A very tan and still blonde Matt Damon has been busy filming The Human Factor in South Africa but he took time off to celebrate the grand opening of the luxurious One and Only Resort in Cape Town. While it's rare to see Matt and Mariah Carey at the same event, the crowd was an interesting mix of celebs. Clint Eastwood, who is currently directing Matt, was there along with Thandie Newton, Marisa Tomei and Robert De Niro. Sharon Stone was documenting the evening on her Flip camera and while they all seemed to be enjoying themselves, Mariah looked especially thrilled. It's been an endless party for the recently turned 40-year-old who just had multiple celebrations in Barbados and Miami.

Orlando and Mark, Men of the Year With Lovely Ladies

GQ celebrated its men of the year at the Royal Opera House in London last night ranging from Mark Ronson to Orlando Bloom, both of whom came with their beautiful dates. Mark Ronson had his younger lady model Daisy Lowe while Orlando and Miranda continued to be one of our favorite hot couples. Elizabeth Hurley may have been of the wrong gender to win an award, but as usual she raised the sexy level in her tight little dress. Mark took home the Alfred Dunhill Maverick Award as a “gentleman of independent or non-conformist views or actions” while Steve Coogan won an award for Acting and Gordon Ramsay for being an entrepreneur.

David Beckham took time out of his busy schedule to give his friend Gordon Ramsay and his son Jack a tour of his Soccer Academy in LA yesterday. David and Victoria have been spending a lot of time with Gordon in the past week, from eating at French Laundry together to paying Gordon a visit at his restaurant in LA on Tuesday night. The Beckhams have more than their share of celebrity BFFs in California, but it must be nice to get a little taste of the UK added into the mix.

The Spice Girls glittered in gold at their first performance back in the UK on Saturday night. Becks and the boys were in the house once again to wave and cheer on their Posh Spice, and we have a feeling the energy was high with the rest of their loyal British fans (like Gordon Ramsay) as well. Injured Emma wasn't about to let her ankle get in the way of her homecoming and hobbled her way through the choreography. It may have been UK GQ's Men Of The Year Awards last night in London, but it was all eyes on the ladies - some of our favorite supermodels in particular. Helena, Elle and Naomi all looked as smoking hot as they did at the peak of their fame - lucky, lucky. Claudia Schiffer recently said she thinks the Supermodel is dead because of the prevalence of actors/starlets in ads and on magazine covers, but it doesn't feel that way looking at these fabulous stars. Posh and Becks Getting into the Restaurant Biz?

David may not be as enthusiastic about moving to LA as Posh but that hasn't stopped him from wanting to make a presence here. Rumor has it the two might be opening a restaurant in the US with crazy Hell's Kitchen chef Gordon Ramsay. When asked about it, all Ramsay would say is, "We've been friends for a while and have spoken about it. There's always been something in the pipeline." Hopefully if Posh and Gordon do end up in the kitchen together he'll refrain from yelling at her until she cries. That could make for a very interesting episode of Posh's reality show.

Last night Becks rolled up his sleeves, showing off his tattoos and a healed arm, so looks like he will be good to go for his next game this Sunday. Whatever Chef Ramsay was cooking, we don't know if it could be as scrumptious as yummy David.

Victoria Beckham has been busy making headlines with her haircut, debuting her line and celebrating with MJ at New York Fashion Week, but when she returns to LA there's another project waiting - opening a restaurant! Last year we heard rumors that the Beckhams were considering teaming up with their pal Gordon Ramsay to open a new eatery, and the famous chef confirmed at the GQ Men of the Year Awards that he and Posh will be opening up a restaurant. The Beckham family should feel right at home with the menu of British comfort food like fish and chips. Sounds like Eva Longoria's Beso might have to make way for a new hotspot among this circle of celebrity BFFs.
