Patrick Dempsey Juggles Multiple Projects on GMA
Patrick Dempsey attended Reese Witherspoon's Avon benefit last night, and he was by the actress's side again today to appear on Good Morning America before heading out to do some shopping. Reese was on the show to chat about her new fragrance, while Patrick opened up about his own work with the cosmetics company as well as this season of Grey's Anatomy. He showed off a preview of tomorrow night's episode before going on to reveal that he's developing a new pilot with his wife based on her experiences in cosmetology school.
Ellen Works Out and Gets Back to Work as Meredith Grey
Ellen Pompeo spent some time away from baby Stella to take a yoga class in LA yesterday. She stayed fit all through her pregnancy so it's not a surprise that she's already back to working out. The new mom will also be back to work on Grey's Anatomy soon so Seattle Grace won't be without Meredith for a single episode.

Katherine Heigl and Ellen Pompeo worked on scenes for Grey's Anatomy in LA yesterday. The cast has been putting in long hours as they start the new season, including a recent afternoon spent filming George's funeral scene. The group was filming a funeral scene for George O'Malley who everyone knows is off the show especially after his dramatic EW cover last week. Fresh off a successful weekend at the box office, Katherine Heigl was back in the thick of playing Izzie Stevens as a cancer survivor.

T.R. Knight landed on the cover of Entertainment Weekly, finally opening up about his big decision to leave Grey's Anatomy. Eric Dane and Patrick Dempsey goofed around outside on the patio, though McDreamy didn't seem all that impressed with McSteamy's bulging biceps. The atmosphere must be a lot lighter for Katherine Heigl now, too, since she doesn't have to worry about her character getting killed off by a brain tumor.
